Bucheon Bow Museum
Gyeonggi-do(Bucheon-si) , Bucheon

Reflected by the outstanding performance of Korean archers at recent Olympic games, Koreans have an esteemed reputation for their skills in archery and craftsmanship. But this undoubted skill has historical precedent, as bows were an important weapon of war throughout Korean history. The Bucheon Bow Museum (부천 활박물관) was established to show visitors the spirit of the Korean archery, and demonstrate its ancestral traditions of bowyer craftsmanship. The museum houses traditional bows (gukgung, 국궁), which are considered, prized cultural pieces, and have been made by a Bucheon family, which has fostered a lineage of bowyers across five generations for over than 160 years. In addition, the museum exhibits various pieces and articles such as gukgung, arrows, and other military technologies.

House of Chiam
Gyeongsangbuk-do(Andong-si)

This is the old house of Lee Man-hyeon, also known by his pen name Chiam. He served as a town chief and a high-ranking court official during the reign of King Gojong of the Joseon Dynasty. He is also the 11th generation descendant of the great scholar Lee Hwang, also known as Toegye.  The hanok was designated as the 11th Folk Relic of Gyeongsangbuk-do. It was originally located in Dosan-myeon Wonchon-ri, but moved to the current location as the original site was flooded due to the construction of the Andong Dam in 1976. The house is composed of a square-shaped, tile-roofed main building that measures 22 kans*, a 5-kan lofty front gate, and outer quarters. The main building consists of the anchae (women's quarters) and the elevated sarangchae (men's quarters). Seokjangni Museum
Chungcheongnam-do(Gongju-si)

Located in Gongju-si, Chungcheongnam-do, Seokjangni Museum introduces extensive relics from paleolithic era. The museum was established in September 2006, for continuous preservation of the stone age culture. Asan-si Hot Springs Special Tourist Zone
Chungcheongnam-do(Asan-si)

Asan-si Hot Springs Special Tourist Zone includes Dogo, Asan and Onyang Hot Springs. When Onyangoncheon Station on Seoul subway line No.1 opened in December, 2008, the number of tourists who traveled here increased. It is said that Onyang Hot Springs is 1300 years old, which means that it dates back to the Three Kingdoms Period. During the period of the Joseon Dynasty, it was the rulers’ favorite spot for treatment and recuperation. Onyang Hot Springs has alkaline water and boasts high water quality and a large volume. The water temperature is 37~54℃. There are 200 accommodation facilities and amenities, including hotels, Oncheonjang hot springs and restaurants, which make Onyang Hot Springs the best place for recreation and rest. Daejong Film Festival
