Felix by STX is a lifestyle hotel brand newly introduced by STX Hotel & Suite. Located in Busan's famous Haeundae, the hotel has a holiday resort feel as well as a city hotel atmosphere. The lobby and the reception are located on the 6th floor. Check in to the hotel, get a room assigned, and then move up to the room. The guest rooms are located from the 7th floor to the 39th floor. There is a total of 353 guest rooms ranging in type, including Studio Deluxe Double, Studio Deluxe Twin, Suite Deluxe Double, Suite Deluxe Twin, Suite Premium Double, Suite Ocean Double, Suite Premium Family, and Suite Ocean Family. The Studio Deluxe rooms have a neat interior design with practical use of space. The Suite rooms have separate bedrooms and living rooms. A unique feature of the guest rooms at Felix by STX is that cooking is allowed inside the guest rooms. Each room has a kitchen sink, an induction stove, a dining table, and tableware for simple cooking. On the 5th floor is a restaurant called Felle and a cafe called Paul Bassett. An indoor gym is located on the 4th floor and there is a laundromat on the 3rd floor. Parking is also convenient since there are plenty of parking spaces on five underground levels. Felix by STX is connected to Haeundae Station (Busan Metro), which makes it a perfect place to get around Busan from the accommodation.

All of the 13 guest rooms at Another Beach come with a stunning ocean view. The rooms also have a private balcony where you can step outside on. It has recently undergone remodeling, so the indoor facilities are clean and the bedding is as clean as what is provided by hotels. The rooms are divided into six types, including Suite Royal Ondol, Suite Ondol, Deluxe, Suite Bed, Suite Two-Story Ondol, and Suit Two-Story Bed. The interior design is slightly differently depending on the room type (e.g. whether the room comes with a bed or has a two-story structure). According to the room size, they are divided into two types, couple room for two people and family room for four people. All of the rooms have a studio structure with a bathroom and a self-contained kitchen each. The rooms are fully equipped with refrigerators, kitchen appliances, electronic rice cookers, microwaves, electric stoves, and so on. Most of all, Another Beach offers a range of guest facilities. Only one meter away from the pension is a private beach that can only be accessed by the pension guests. You can also use the rubber boots, hoe, and basket available in the pension to catch clam and conch. On one side of the front lawn, there is an outdoor swimming pool and a barbecue area. They are right in front of the sea, and have the atmosphere of a tropical holiday destination. There are indoor and outdoor inflatable bounce houses and trampolines for kids to play. The pension also rents out baby cars, pool table, table soccer game, board games and bicycles. There is also a convenience store inside the pension. Tourist attractions near the pension include Mageompo Beach, which is only a one-minute walk way, Anmyeondo Jurassic Museum, a museum themed on dinosaurs that is three minutes away by car, and Light Festival Site decorated with two million LED lights. You can also enjoy fresh seafood from Anmyeondo Island at Baeksajanghang Port which is 10 minutes from the pension by car.

Soyang Hanok Stay was created by transporting three 180-year-old hanok houses in Gochang and Musan that were about to be demolished to the current location in 2010. The houses were repaired by a master craftsman for three years in the traditional methods, and still reserve the unique beauty of traditional hanok houses. There is a total of eight guest rooms. Seohyeondang has an ondol room with red clay walls and floor. It has a bathroom and a small space where guests can enjoy a tea ceremony. Gahuidang is furnished with a bed and a cypress bathtub inside the bathroom. In Jewoldang, a master bedroom and a second bedroom are facing each other with the living room in the middle. The view of the mountain standing in front of the house from the living room is a highlight of this place. Three rooms are placed in a row in Huyeondang. There are two guest rooms in Hyeondang One of them is an ondol room, and notably it has a veranda inside the room. The other room is a popular room in the guesthouse since it has a push-up window that can be completely open, creating an open view that extends to the open-air veranda. You can enjoy a view of the entire premises at a glance from the veranda. Each guest room is equipped with a luxury tea set and tea. However, guests cannot cook inside. There are electric kettles and mini refrigerators for simple meals. The rooms are furnished with clean handmade cotton bedding. All guests receive a welcome tea and complementary breakfast. Guests are welcome to visit the independent bookstore and cafe on the premises. Hinokijam is a two-story traditional Japanese wooden house accommodation located on Modern Culture and History Street of Gunsan. The guesthouse is unique in that you can experience the modern cultural and history as well as the quiet and still atmosphere of Japan in South Korea. As it is located on Modern Culture and History Street, most guests staying at the guesthouse are travelers without a car. It also offers affordable room rates. There is a total of seven guest rooms in Hinokijam. Since the guest rooms have slightly different structures, you should check the details before confirming the booking. The Kkotnimbang and Sarangbang rooms are big enough for two guests and the Dalnimbang room is big enough for three guests. All of the guest rooms are ondol rooms. Only the Kkotnimbang room has a bathroom outside. The Sarangbang and Dalnimbang rooms have bathrooms inside. The Gureumbang and Byeolnimbang rooms, and the Haneulbang room on the second floor can accommodate four guests. The Haetnimbang room, which is the largest room, can accommodate from four to eight guests. The guest rooms for four people or more have beds and bathrooms. Apart from the Haetnimbang room, all guest rooms have basic room rates for one guest. In the morning, the guesthouse provides simple breakfast with toast and beverages. Gunsan Modern History Museum, Jinpo Marine Park, Dongguksa Temple, Gunsan History Museum, and Teddy Bear Museum are within walking distance from the guesthouse. The basic rate is for eight people, but can accommodate up to 14 guests. Coogee B Type is using the entire second floor of the building. The basic rate is for six guests, but up to seven people can stay. Coogee C Type and Coogee D Type are using a part of the second floor. Coogee E Type is using the entire space on the first floor. A different number of guests can stay depending on the space you book. Inside the guest rooms, there is a shelf full of comic books, PlayStation, a VR console, a washing machine, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The pension also has a variety of facilities that guests can use. Breakfast is served in a cafe-style 80-square-meter space.
