Lotte World Tower Fireworks Festival

Lotte World Tower will be holding Lotte World Tower Firework Festival on April 2, 2017 from 19:30 to 12:30. The celebration begins with opening ceremony performed by DJ DOC, Hong, Jin-young, a cappella group D.I.A, Songpa Philharmonic Orchestra and Songpa Boys and Girls Choir at a special performance stage. Spectacular fireworks display of 30,000 fireworks will embroider the night sky for 11 minutes starting from 21:00. Lotte World Tower will mesmerize visitors with fireworks that light up the night sky in accordance to eight different background music of diverse genre such as jazz and pop, along with the fascinating musical fireworks display at Seokchonhosu Lake. Mungyeongsaejae Open Set

Mungyeongsaejae Open Set was created in 2000 for the filming of KBS drama "Taejo Wang Geon." The set became famous and was used for a variety of historical publications. In 2008, the Goryeo Dynasty set was dismantled and redesigned into a Joseon-era set. Visitors can get a glimpse of life in the past through the replica houses and various structures throughout the open set.

Museum SAN (originally Hansol Museum), has its Welcome Center located in the vast abundance of nature, and is composed of three gardens within. From the Museum’s Welcome Center that is reminiscent of a huge fortress, visitors can walk through the the Flower Garden in full blossom, then to the Water Garden where a dazzling display of water reflecting the surroundings, and finally appreciate the Ando Tadao's Stone Garden featuring nine stone mounds inspired by ancient Silla tombs. The museum aims to rediscover the meaning and value of paper in the exhibition at the Paper Gallery, as well as a collection of artworks that reflects the development of Korean modern and contemporary art, which are presented in the Cheongjo Gallery. Last but not least, the Stone Garden is a space where visitors can view the unique exhibition of James Turrell’s main artworks – Sky Space, Horizon Room, Ganzfeld and Wedgework.
