Seonunsa Temple was built during the Baekje Dynasty (18 BC-678 AD). It was originally a very large temple, but much was lost during the Jeongyujaeran (the 2nd Japanese Invasion in 1597). Seonunsa Temple includes the treasured relics of Daeungbojeon, Manseru, Yeongsanjeon, and Myeongbujeon Pavilions, together with four additional Buddhist grottos that include Dosoram.Soenunsa Temple is famous for its camellia flowers. On the low hill behind the Daeungbojeon Pavilion, there are numerous camellia trees. In the spring, the brilliant camellias shower Seonunsa Temple in vibrant colors. These flowers, which frequently appear in literature as well, are designated as Natural Monuments. Seonunsa temple is also known for its beautiful surroundings throughout the year. In the spring, cherry blossoms, and in the summer sangsa flowers decorate the road to the Dosoram area, and fall leaves and winter sceneries are beautiful as well. The Budo Field, a gathering place for monks' relic is another must-see spot at Seonunsa Temple. There are Budo fields at other larger temples, but those in Seonunsa Temple are located in a lush grove with several small Budo towers that blend beautifully with the surrounding trees. You can also see Jinheung Cave and the huge Maaebul (rock-carved Buddha) when you visit the Dosoram area.

Historic Site No. 339, Gyeonggijeon Shrine was erected in 1410 and holds the portrait of King Tae-jo, the founder of the Joseon Dynasty. The King and his wife’s mortuary tablets are enshrined here at Jogyeong Shrine. The structure was partially destroyed during the invasion of foreign forces from 1592-1598. The existing structure was remodeled in 1614. Inside Gyeonggijeon, the portraits of King Tae-jo and other successive kings such as Sun-jong, Cheol-jong, Yeong-jo and many others can be found on display. The carriage used to move the mortuary tablets as well as carriages used to transport dignitaries and individual chair-like carriages are also on display.

Jeollabuk-do(Jinan-gun)

Mt. Maisan Provincial Park is located in Jinan-gun, Jeollabuk-do. During the Silla Kingdom, it was called Seodasan, during the Goryo Dynasty, Yongchulsan, and finally named Maisan during the Joseon Dynasty. Maisan is referred to by different names depending on the season. In the spring, it is called Dotdaebong, in the summer, Yonggakbong, in the fall, Maibong, and in the winter, Munpilbong. There is a myth that has been passed down through the generations regarding Mt. Maisan. It tells of two gods that came down from the sky, had a child and lived on earth for a while. As they were going back up to the sky, a village woman saw them ascending, and were trapped on earth and were transformed in to a rock mountain. Even today, you can see the father peak and the child peak, and the mother peak on the other side. The pagodas atop Mt. Maisan were built from native rocks and the top of these towers look as sharp as nails. On the south side of the mountain, it is said that there were over 120 of these pagodas, but only about 80 exist today. There is also something very mysterious about these pagodas. No matter how bad the weather, even during storms, they somehow do not sway or fall. Another interesting thing about Mt. Maisan are the icicles. If you put water into a bowl during the winter, the water freezes into a pole reaching for the sky. No one knows why or how this happens, but it makes Maisan just that much more mysterious and interesting to visit.

Naejangsan is a famous mountain in the Jeolla-do province, and the best mountain in Korea for viewing autumn’s crimson leaves. The park is 76,032 sq. km. in size and became a National Park along with Baekyangsa District on Nov. 17th, 1971. The name Naejang means 'many secrets' in the mountain. Because of the bright crimson leaves that blanket Naejangsan Mountain’s fall scenery, the mountain is also referred to as "Geumgangsan of Honam."Inside the park, there are famous waterfalls, such as Dodeok Falls and Geumseon Falls, and temples such as Baekyangsa and Naejangsa temples. If you follow the valley left of the ticket booth, you can see the waters of Dodeok Falls, cascading down the cliff. If you go further along the valley you can see the waters Geumseon Falls where even the gods have supposedly bathed. Baekyangsa Temple is both majestic and serene, surrounded by Gulgeori trees that retain their lush green leaves even in winter, and also the Bija trees. Along with Baekyangsa Temple, the Naejangsa Temple is the place to visit during the fall for its lovely autumn leaves. Besides these, there are about 760 kinds of local plants, designated Natural Monuments, and various wild animals living inside Mt. Naejangsan Park. The Park is beautiful not only in the fall, but also in the spring when the azaleas and cherry blossoms bloom, in the summer when the green mountain turns greener, and the winter when the rock cliffs cover themselves with snow. All throughout the year, different kinds of wild flowers bloom here.

Also known as Gwangtongnu, Gwanghalluwon Garden was originally built by Hwanghee Jeongseung in 1419 during the reign of Joseon Dynasty’s King Sejong. Because of its surreal beauty, Governor Jeong In-ji gave the garden the name ‘Gwanghallu’ in 1444, comparing it to a palace on the moon. It is famous as the location where Lee Mong-ryong and Chunhyang (two lovers from a well-known Korean folk story) first met. In the 1920’s Chunhyangsa Temple was established in the neighboring area and a portrait of Chunhyang was hung in a place of honor. On May 5th of every year, the garden is the venue of the Chunhyangjae Festival, celebrating the deep and lasting love of the famous couple.Namwon City, where the garden is located, contains many historical relics such as the Maninuichong Tomb, Gwanghallu, Ojak Bridge, Gyorongsanseong Fortress, Hwangsan Great Battle Monument Site, and Silsangsa Temple, as well as tourist courses such as the Namwon Tourist Site, Susang Amusement Park, Chunhyang Theme Park, Music Fountain, and Jirisan National Park.

The Jeonju Hanok Living Experience Center is a guesthouse facility located in Jeonju Hanok Village. This center gives the unique experience of life in a traditional-style Korean house. The center was originally a royal house that was constructed during the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910). It is currently enjoyed by many for its traditional lodging facilities. This is a great place for foreigners to experience the rich traditional culture of Korea. The buildings are newly built in the traditional style. They may be lacking somewhat in an antique feel, but offer comfort in a traditional setting.Visitors can enjoy chopping their own firewood to warm their traditional style rooms. There is a special heating system called "ondol," that was developed to radiate heat throughout the room from under the floor. Here you will sleep on a cushioned comforter on the floor without the worry of staying warm. Visitors can also learn traditional folk songs, as well as participate in traditional tea parties. It is also possible to ride bicycles around the premises. Meals are included in lodging costs.

Jeonju Hanok Village is located in the city of Jeonju and overlaps Pungnam-dong and Gyo-dong. There are over 800 traditional Korean 'hanok' houses. While the rest of city has been industrialized, Hanok Maeul retains its historical charms and traditions.Jeonju Hanok village is especially beautiful for its roof curves. The roof edges being slightly raised to the sky is unique. Hanok houses are generally divided into two sections, Anchae and Sarangchae. Anchae is also known as Gyusu room, and is furnished accordingly. Sarangchae is where the men dwell, and is referred to as the Seonbi room. Because men and women have to remain separate, Anchae is situated deep inside the house so that it is secretive and quiet.Another trait of Hanok is that all the houses are heated with the ondol system, a unique sub-flooring heating system. Since Koreans enjoy sitting, eating, and sleeping on the floor, it needs to remain heated. A part of Hanok has been set aside so that tourists can experience traditional Korean life, called Hanok Life Experience Hall. You can enter the Seonbi room and the Gyusu room to experience the warm floor first-hand. An advantage of this system is that it is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The food provided is very traditional, which adds to the traditional ambience. At Jeonju Hanok Village, visitors can enjoy traditional Korean life and traditional foods like bibimbap, the most well known dish from the Jeonju region.

This time it is even worse! When the play starts, your hero will appear. Comedy Character Performance Firemen This is a story about how the firemen become heroes through many hardships. It is a story about them maturing.   Firefighters are there, as we have our very own neighbors. Whenever there is a dangerous situation or disaster, fire, or even if the animals escape from the zoo or there are mountain animals then we should call the 119. Nevertheless, their environment, treatment or eyes looking at them are the same and are all cold.. Maybe we do not have any feelings and do not really care for them nor know anything about them? The performance <Fire Man> is about how we do not know much about them and the closest we know is our hero firefighter's day-to-day protection and so we wanted to show the audience and make them want to closely to create and communicate while also being the envy of youths and children. I wanted to create story of a great firefighter and a future dream destination. Firefighters rescue personnel through the worst of circumstances such as at the scene of a fire scene or disaster but they also extinguish fires. They go beyond just extinguishing fires but they run around the city buildings and I believe parkour can express the best of their heroic movement. Rather than the average firemen we are showing more colorful, flowing parkour performance. <Fire Man> will stand out as a new stage act with firefighters.   Firefighters have tips for greater efforts to prevent accidents. So before any disaster even occurs, prevention of the disaster itself is what their first mission is. <Fire Man> is about anyone who wishes to be naturally informed through the performance as measures for disaster situations, from first aid to knowing how to prevent it. In February 2015 we had a two-week basic training which is used for the firefighting entrance test to the school with preliminary firefighters. Their training to become a firefighter was a lot more difficult than we can imagine, living with their emotions for a short period of time gave us a great sense of embracing their mission.           Mental and physical caricature of their daily sacrifice by default was shown by the production department throughout the process of creating a point where the <Fire Man> actors do harm to their sublimity, as an assistant. Practice went up twice to raise the stage but was overturned by its contents and now, it was equipped with little for its appearance. But we also have a long way to go. The fun starts now and we will change and work even harder to be able to meet our heroes up close and so we will continue to evolve. A fire has happened! This time it is even worse! When the play starts, your hero will appear. Comedy Character Performance Firemen This is a story about how the firemen become heroes through many hardships. It is a story about them maturing.     It is amazing to watch the Firemen work as they go to life risking locations and complete their duty to help and save others. They are people that have to go to any location no matter the situation. They go places which have unimaginable terror and they go through even fire to save people. To become heroes, the firemen go through a lot of hardships and the path to become an actual hero is long. This is the story of how the trainees go through harsh, strenuous training and develop their fighting vigour to become actual Firemen to be prepared for any situation. There may be times where they look magnificent or other times where they are ridiculous this is why we made the play very technical and comical.   Despite the smoke, The thick smoky fire field, Through a situation with only gas mask and hard to breathe smoke everywhere, What would be their choice?   To try and leap again A dangerous situation that crosses life and death The given time is just 4 minutes! The life is in critical condition spent over the Golden Time. But it can only through CPR can the heart beat again.   Into the blazing heart of the fire The siren sounds unfold a dire situation. The crews have oxygen bottles and masks to prepare for mobilization. What will they look like in front of the fire scene?
