The Yangpyeong Wild Flower Arboretum has several major facilities. The Nature Ecology Museum showcases a natural ecology model structure with educational videos. The Nature Learning Center has about 200 different types of endangered wild flower species, while the Herb Garden has 50 different types of herbs. Other attractions include the swampy ground, Tteodeureongseom Island, riverside driveway, tropical arboretum, research center. The Arborteum offers a number of hands-on experience programs as well.

The first floor also has a Railroad Model Panorama Room, which features replicas of the various trains that have traversed the Korean countryside, right from the first steam engine until the KTX. There's also an outdoor exhibit area featuring a real steam engine train, a presidential train, as well as passenger and cargo trains. The presidential train was introduced in May of 2015 for guests to enjoy.

Gyeonggi-do(Gapyeong-gun) , Namyangju

Gapyeong Station began operation upon the opening of the Gyeongchun Line on July 25, 1939. The station was damaged during the Korean War and restored on June 12, 1957.The double-tracked Gyeongchun Line was opened on December 21, 2010. The ITX-Cheongchun Train, which includes Gapyeong Station as one of its stops, began operation on February 28, 2012 and travels along the Gyeongchun Line.Gapyeong's name (嘉平 in classical Chinese) was given by King Gyeongdeok of the Unified Silla Period to describe the region's natural beauty. Today, the Chinese characters 加平 are used to represent the name for the sake of convenience.Gapyeong and its tourist attractions, Namiseom Island in particular, grew in popularity after being featured in the Korean drama Winter Sonata.


Gyeonggi-do(Gwangju-si)

Gwangju Royal Ceramic Festival is held annually in Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do where royal ceramic was first created during Joseon Dynasty. Since the start of the festival in 1998, the festival is comprised of various programs such as performances, exhibitions, and hands-on activities. With a performance-centered opening ceremony, it is expected to boost the ambience with varied performances, traditional music, dance and living statue.
