Seoul(Yeongdeungpo-gu)

The regional name in olden times for the area of Oryukdo Skywalk was Seungdumal (승두말), as the shape resembles a saddle, and it was originally called Seungduma (승두마) as well as Jallokgae (잘록개) by residents and women divers. The construction of Oryukdo Skywalk finished on September 12, 2012 at the Seungdumal area, which is regarded as the dividing point between the East Sea and the South Sea, and started operating on October 18, 2013, with the theme of "Walking over the sky.” Iron columns were set up over a 35-meter-high coastal cliff, and a 15-meter glass bridge comprised of 24 glass plates and shaped like a horse’s hoof connect the iron columns. The bottom of the glass was specially produced with four attached 12-millimeter glass pieces coated with a bulletproof film that has a thickness of 55.49 millimeters, making the structure quite safe. Visitors will be thrilled with the view of the waves while looking down through the transparent floor. The sea stretches out ahead of the skywalk, perfect for a photo op, as well as the best spot to see Daemado Island on sunny days. It has also been recently selected as a tourist destination where the Busan Korea Route stops


Gyeonggi-do(Suwon-si) , suwon

The Hwaseong Train is a tourist train that travels between Mt. Paldalsan and Yeonmudae. The front of the train is shaped like a powerful dragon that signifies King Jeongjo, and the guest cars resemble palanquins that once carried the king during his excursions. The tour is short compared to the City Tour Bus.The train travels from Paldalsan Mountain to Yeonmudae (total 3.2km) for 30 minutes. It also provides in-train explanation in English, Chinese and Japanese.

Gyeongsangbuk-do(Gyeongju-si)

The restaurant of Pyeongyang Naengmyeon (평양냉면, cold noodles) has been around for 65 years and thus is very famous in Gyeongju. Its noodles are hand-made from starch of Korea-grown buckwheat and potato and broth is made by deeply boiling beef bones. So, noodles are chewy and broth tastes rich and clean. The restaurant offers two main dishes: Pyeongyang-style and Hamheong-style Naengmyeon. Pyeongyang Naengmyeong is buckwheat-based noodles with cold beef broth while Hamheung Naengmyeon is potato-based noodles with spicy sauce. Other dishes on the menu include Bulgogi (marinated beef), Yangnyeom Galbi (Marinated grilled beef ribs).


Daegu(Buk-gu)

The Daegu Citizen Stadium was established on April 20, 1948. It features a main stadium, a baseball stadium, a ssireum (wrestling) stadium, an indoor ice rink, tennis courts, and many more. The baeball stadium, which was completed in February 1981, is also the home stadium of the professional baseball team, the Samsung Lions. Since its expansion in 1975, the Daegu Citizen Stadium has hosted several matches during the 1986 Asian Games and the 1988 Summer Olympics. The Stadium can accommodate up to 13,000 people.


Seoul(Nowon-gu)

Korea Military Academy is a place of strict rules, patriotism, and military cadets. It was extremely difficult for outsiders to visit the academy until 1997, when a special tourism course was created. The course showcases the major sites at Korea Military Academy. Starting from the school information center, visitors can see the museum, memorial hall, and exhibition center in a 1.5 hour course. The Military Museum displays treasures and materials from each branch of the military, while visitors can see the history of the military and lifestyle of cadets at the memorial hall. However, the highlight of a trip to Korea Military Academy is watching the Hwarang Ceremony, a parade of cadets which takes place every Saturday at 11:30. In the ceremony, cadets don their formal uniform to march. Touring the academy at 10 is perfect for watching the parade later.
