Busan International Comedy Festival

The first in Asia, started as the International Comedy Festival in 2013, it is now known as the Busan International Comedy Festival (BICF) and is noted for developing comedy cultural contents, introducing both Korean and famous international comedians from abroad.  Regardless of gender and ages, the comedy festival is open to anyone to enjoy and have fun laughing throughout the funny acts presented by the comedians. The audience also get to be actively involve with the artistes through the performances and programs presented at this globally diverse international comedy festival. Korea World Travel Fair

Baemikkumi Sculpture Park

Baemikkumi Sculpture Park rests on Modo Island, one of the nearest islets to Yeongjongdo Island where Incheon International Airport is located.The name 'baemikkumi' comes from the local dialect, as people say the island resembles the shape of a hole normally seen from the bottom of a ship as 'baemit' translates to the bilge, and 'kkumi' is most closely translated to mean 'a hole' in English.The entire island has now become a beautiful exhibition hall of art works thanks to sculptor Lee Il-ho, who originally started and donated his talents for visitors coming to the island. The art displayed on the island makes for an inspiring contrast to Seohae (west sea, or yellow sea) in the background.

Janghohang Port

Janghohang Port is just 25km from downtown Samcheok. The port is famous for its round beach line and white sand shore and is known as the “Naples of Korea.” From the beach, Janghohang Port offers excellent views of unique rock formations in the sea.
