It serves doenjang ttukbaeji, which contains a high level of protein and is a nutritious food that is fermented with Korean beans for 4 to 5 days at a warm temperature. Sundubu (soft tofu), haemul-ttukbaegi (seafood hot pot) and dubu-bossam have been served here for over 23 years.
