The Trick Art Museum KOREA is the first museum in Korea to show optical illusion art, and is located in Seogwipo City nearby the Seongeup Folk Village. Exhibitions on walls and floors are done in such a way as to appear in three dimensions. Exhibitions consist of seven themed sections: Parody Zone (showing famous paintings and sculptures), Animal Zone, Jurassic Zone, Aquarium Zone, Egypt Zone, Magic Zone, and Illusion Zone.Optical illusion art renders two dimensional paintings in three dimensions by the use of a unique painting style employing shadows and extending paintings out of their frames. Each work looks differently when seen from different angles or spots. Its magic magnifies when seen from a camera lens. Visitors can take pictures with various fun poses blending nicely with exhibitions. Cameras as well as video equipment are permitted in the museum.

Sarabong Park is a 143-meter hill located just east of Dongmun Rotary in Jeju. The park is best known for its spectacular sunset views, which is often regarded as a perfect complement to Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak's view of the sunrise.To the north of Sarabong Park is a spectacular view of the expansive blue waters and to the south is Hallasan Mountain. Along the way to the park is Mochungsa Temple and to the east lies Byeoldobong Peak, where a paragliding runway is located. At the foot of Sarabong is Udang Library. The road from the library, passing behind Sarabong Peak to Jeju Harbor and to Tapdong provides a very scenic driving route.

Gyeonggi-do(Yongin-si) , Yongin

Yangji Pine Resort is an all-season recreational complex located in the magnificent Dokjosan Mountain in Gyeonggi-do. The Resort offers offers numerous ski runs. The Avec Course is particularly popular with experienced skiers, while the Snow Park Course offers various obstacle courses (for both skiers and snowboarders). Yangji Pine Resort’s top rated run is the Challenger Course, where the yearly ‘National Alpine Ski Competition’ takes place. Many diverse events are held at the Resort involving skiers and snowboarders, such as training courses, snowboarding competitions, and snowboarding shows featuring professional snowboarders. Recently, the main route to the resort, Yeongdong Highway, has been expanded, and the resort’s main facilities and condominiums have all been remodeled as well to better accommodate the guests.


Gyeonggi-do(Goyang-si) , Ilsan

First held in 1997, the Goyang International Flower Exhibition has attracted about over 5.7 million visitors thus far, including the 8th Flower Exhibition in 2014. The event is considered to be Korea’s representative international flower exhibition. This year’s festival will be taken place in Ilsan Lake Park in Goyang city from April to May with 320 related organizations, groups, and companies from 35 countries, to showcase flowers and various products made with flowers. Also, unique and rare plants exhibition, indoor garden decorated with flower art pieces, outdoor theme parks, making of flower plant experience, flower arrangement contests, as well as other cultural events and performances will be planned to add more joy to the flower festival.


Gangwon-do(Gangneung-si)

Located 1 km away from Gyeongpodae, Gyeongpo Beach is a sand bank formed between Gyeongpo Lake and the ocean. This beautiful beach extends to a length of 6 km and is covered with fine sand. It is a very well-known tourist attraction within Korea: a flawless combination of nature and cultural relics.Gyeongpo Beach is famous for its picturesque sunrise and tranquil moonrise. There are other nearby attractions in the area, like the pine forest (4 km) and wild roses, which grow in various areas around the beach. Those who enjoy ocean fishing can take a boat to the mall rocks just off the beach. There is an endless line of tourists, who come to visit the ancient buildings with their incredible scenery, like Gyeongpodae and Ojukheon.In the spring, the Festival of Cherry Blossoms is held at the entrance to Gyeongpo Beach and in the summer, the Beach Festival and other various cultural events are held. Since its opening in 1998, Cheongsa Chorong has been one of the most popular restaurants in Itaewon, particularly among Japanese and Chinese tourists.
