To secure your spot, you must email your passport number and flight ticket details, including a screenshot of your round-trip flight ticket, to 'trippose888@gmail.com'. It is imperative to send images of your round-trip flight tickets at the time of booking. Your booking will only be confirmed once this information is reported to and verified by the Korea Tourism Organization. Without this verification, tickets cannot be secured.
No Cancellations: Please note that bookings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once confirmed. We appreciate your understanding.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - Concert Attendance: Individual attendance for the concert is not allowed. Access to the concert is exclusively available through the tour package. Attendees not participating in the tour package will not be permitted entry to the concert. Please ensure you arrive at least 20 minutes before the meetup time to guarantee a smooth check-in process. Failure to comply will result in denied entry.
