Gyeonggi-do(Suwon-si) , suwon

Hwaseomun Gate is the western gate of Hwaseong Fortress, Treasure No. 403. Over the stone mujigae (rainbow) door is a single-story tower gate. Hwaseomun Gate's ongseong (defensive gate) forms a crecent shape, with one side of the ongseong remaining open.


Gangwon-do(Sokcho-si)

The falling water of the loud and magnificent Biryong Fall looks very much like dragons flying up towards the sky, which is why it was named Biryong (flying dragon) Falls.There is a relatively wide path leading to Biryong Waterfall, through a bamboo forest, making it a very nice place to hike. From Biryonggyo Bridge, which is located in the lower reaches of Cheonbuldong Valley, called Ssangcheon, walk past it for about 30 minutes to the left, and you will see the Yukdam Falls, made up of six waterfalls and a deep pond. Roughly 300 m past this area, you can see the Biryong Falls between the narrow and rugged ravine.Also, if you follow the Towanggol, up a steep, rocky path, there is a huge, three-tiered waterfall called Towangseong Falls. However, due to the extremely dangerous path leading to it, it is barred to the public. 


Gyeongsangbuk-do(Andong-si)

Opened in 2003, the Woryeonggyo Bridge (387m in length and 3.6m in x_width) is the longest pedestrian overpass made of wood in Korea. Woryeonggyo Bridge harbors a tragic yet beautiful legend about a wife who made a pair of Mituri (hemp shoes) out of her hair in heartfelt yearning and condolence for her late husband. In commemoration of her pure and noble love, the bridge was designed in the style of Mituri. At the center of the bridge is the Woryeongjeong Pavilion.


Seoul(Jung-gu) , Myeongdong

Platform Place Myeong-dong Branch first opened in November 2011 on the main street of Myeong-dong in Jung-gu, Seoul. As a specialty select shop selling various imported brands that are not officially distributed in Korea, among many fashion selections, Platform Place carries products of Saint James, an imported brand with a long history, and somewhat unfamiliar labels such as YMC, Lavenham, Herschel, and Veja as well as various fashion sundries and living goods, mostly targeting Korean and foreign tourists visiting the area. The store is shaped long, so from the entrance, displays are divided on both walls and in the center; the modern interior design and product display combined make shopping very pleasant. The display in the center is filled with new arrivals, brands on sale, and trendy looks recommended by celebrities. Foreign language service is available all day long. The store is open daily except on Chuseok and Lunar New Year’s Day. Parking is usually difficult in Myeong-dong, but the Platform Place, which is located close to Myeong-dong Station on Seoul Subway Line No. 4, is easily accessible by public transportation.


Seoul(Mapo-gu) , Yeouido・Yeongdeungpo・Mapo
