Songjeong Station (Gwangju Songjeong Station) is located in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju-si. The station serves the KTX train from Yongsan Station and the Honamseon Line from Mokpo Station. It also operates an intercity bus stop, allowing tourists to move to other areas easily.

Goransa Temple is located at the foot of Baengmagang River, surrounded by the cliffs of Nakhwaam. The temple is assumed to have been built toward the end of the Baekje Kingdom. Although there is no historical record of the temple, it has been said it was used as a resting spot for kings of the Baekje Kingdom.There is a well-named Goranjeong behind the temple, with Gorancho (Crypsinus hastatus) growing between the rocks above the well. The kings of Baekje used to drink water from Goranjeong at least once a day, and the servants who brought the water floated the leaves of Gorancho plant as sign that it came from that well.Visitors to the temple should also take some time to enjoy the beautiful views of Baengmagang River. A ferry ride along the river also offers splendid views.

Daegu Stadium is a sports stadium located in Daeheung-dong, Suseong-gu in Daegu City. Construction of the stadium began on July 28, 1997 and was completed in May 20, 2001. Its roof is designed to resemble a globe, incorporating the beautiful curves found in the roofs of traditional Korean houses.
The stadium (70,140 seats) is suitable for hosting large-scale international sports games and 74% of the seats are protected by a Teflon-coated overhang. The 11.7-acred stadium has three stories below ground and three aboveground and is built on 130 acres of land just 9km southeast of the city’s downtown area.
Stadium facilities include a gymnasium, baseball field, indoor ice rink, horse-riding track, tennis court, fitness center, shooting range, archery range, skateboarding park, and indoor jogging course. There are smaller buildings for taekwondo, judo, and rock climbing.
The Daegu Stadium has hosted a number of matches of the 2002 FIFA World Cup; Senegal vs. Denmark (June 6), Slovenia vs. South Africa (June 8), Korea vs. U.S.A. (June 10) and Korea vs. Turkey (June 29).
Dosol valley is located in Mt. Seonunsan, Gochang-gun district. Seonunsan Mountain, which is also called Dosolsan Mountain, is known for its thick forests and intriguing rock formations. Traveling along the valley, one can come across many interesting sites such as Jinheung cave, Yongmun cave, Nakjodae, and Cheonma peak. Dosol valley is also famous for being very deep, where the mountain and water fight each other and whirl around in a yin-yang shape. The green forests in the summer cover the valley beautifully, and the red leaves and white snow decorate the area in the fall and winter.
