Yeongdeungpo Station
Seoul(Yeongdeungpo-gu) , Yeouido・Yeongdeungpo・Mapo

Yeongdeungpo Station is located in Yeongdeungpo-dong 1-ga, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul-si, and runs between Singil Station and Sindorim Station. It began operating as an ordinary station on September 18, 1899, and was included as part of the Gyeongbuseon Line from the Gyeonginseon Line in 1936. In 1971, it was the first station where the special train made a stop. The station sells tickets for passengers carrying luggage, and visitors can use the station to take the Saemaeul Line, the Mugunghwa Line, and the metropolitan subway as well.

Wiki Cafe is a cafe near Gyeongbokgung Palace and is owned and operated by the mother of Sung Min from Super Junior, the famous boy band. With light steps, and just as if you are in your neighbor’s home, you can walk up the wooden stairs to the 2nd floor of the cafe, which is a terrace, and on that terrace, you can see a view Gyeongbokgung Palace. During the evening, as lights fall on the rampart stairs of Kwangwhamun, it creates/exudes a very warm mood. It is a good place to rest after viewing Gyeongbokgung Palace, Kwangwhamun Plaza, and galleries around these attractions. Its menu is filled with beverages such as coffee and teas, desserts such as waffles, cakes, and many other varieties of desserts. Imagine what it would be like: having a warm cup of tea while sitting on a terrace that overlooks Gyeongbokung Palace.   In the cafe, there are all kinds of pictorials and photos of Sung Min from Super Junior. Also, on one corner in the cafe, there are many messages from fans written on the wall, and they are countless! There are also various forms of merchandise that are sold there; the merch shows different characterized versions of Sung Min

Jungang Park
Chungcheongbuk-do(Cheongju-si)

This park was built on the site of the Chungju government office during the Joseon period. Some government buildings such as Cheongnyeongheon and Jegeumdang still remain, although they collapsed in a fire in 1870 (7th year of King Gojong’s reign) and were repaired in October of the same year by the governor of Chungju Jo Byeong-ro. With interior improvement, the refurbished structures were used as government offices for Jungwon-gun. However, with the relocation of the county office in 1983, the site was transformed into a park. The peaceful ambiance of the thick forest inhabited by a 500-year-old Zelkova tree and numerous pine trees, the historic Chungcheong Gamyeongmun Gate and Fortress Monument as well as Cheongnyeongheon and Jegeumdang, create a relaxing shelter. In this park, visitors can also see a kitchen from the ancient government office, the Sangosucheonggak building and a Martyrs’ Monument that pays tribute to the memory of Roman Catholics who died as martyrs during the Sinyubakhae and Byeonginbakhae persecutions.

Psyche World Theme Park

Yeoju Ceramic Festival

Yeoju has been producing ceramics ever since the early Goryeo period (AD 918-1392), and through the production of high-quality Goryeongto (Kaolin) and Baekto (white clay), it played an integral role in the development of the early ceramic industry. Yeoju laid the foundations for becoming a major ceramic city by hosting the World Ceramics Expo in 2001. And since hosting the World Ceramics Biennale in 2003 and 2005, it is now internationally recognized as a world center for ceramics.Started in May 1990, the Yeoju Ceramic Festival is held every year to promote the excellence of its ceramics both nationwide and abroad. As the first and best ceramic festival in Korea, the festival exhibits unique, high quality ceramic artwork and products.
