The Gyeongsangbuk-do Arboretum was founded in September 17, 2001. The arboretum exhibits local plants from Ulleungdo, an island off Korea’s eastern coast that is home to a special ecosystem that includes rare trees and wildflowers. The arboretum has a total of 24 gardens, including the Alpine Botanical Garden, Ulleungdo Native Plant Garden and Needle-leaf Tree Garden.

Located in Apgujeong-ro 42-gil in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Platform Place Sinsa Branch is close to Dosan Park. Platform Place is a select shop pursuing a premium lifestyle. Chungcheongbuk-do(Yeongdong-gun)

'Nangye Hall of Korean Classical Music' opened in 1987 in Yeongdong (Chungcheongbuk-do). The 2-story building has 496 seats and a performance hall, exhibition center, powder room, projection booth and sound box. The center holds over 50 cultural events annually including the ‘Yeongdong Nangye Gugak Festival’ and is visited by traditional music enthusiasts. The area is also home to Yeongdong’s dried persimmon production and promotes the local specialty through a number of diverse interactive programs at the center. These programs include playing Korean traditional musical instruments and a hands-on experience with dried persimmon fruit.


Gyeongsangnam-do(Gimhae-si)

Jinyeong area of Gimhae has a perfect climate and natural environment to cultivate sweet persimmons. The annual average temperature is 14℃ and the mountains around the area protect the town from sea breezes and typhoons. With skilled farmers having over 80 years of persimmon cultivation experience, Jinyeong is one of the most famous regions for persimmons in Korea. The Jinyeong Sweet Persimmon Festival is held every October to celebrate a year of good harvest.
