Gyeonggi-do(Gimpo-si)

Deokpojin Museum of Education was established by Kim Dong-seon, an elementary school teacher, for his wife, Lee In-suk who lost her eye sight due to an accident while she was also an elementary school teacher. He decided to build the museum to cheer up his wife who was deeply depressed with the fact that she could no longer teach students. Through the husband's will to give his wife opportunities to teach children again, his dream to create a hands-on educational programs not available in the ordinary school education system became a reality as well. The museum was finally opened in 1996 with materials collected by the couple, comprised of a music class taught with her harmonium and Mr. Kim's collection of various school materials such as a book wrapper, a nature textbook from 1960, nickel silver lunch boxes and more. These collections attracts many visitors, from kindergarteners to university students and even family visitors.


Gyeonggi-do(Gapyeong-gun)

Baengnyeonsa Temple is surrounded by mountains, as it is located off Yongmunsan and Myeongjisan Mountains. On each side of the temple, one can also find Unaksan Mountain as well as Cheonmasan Mountain. In addition, just behind the temple are Chungnyeong Mountain and Seorisan Mountain. This temple was built relatively recently, so there are little cultural treasures in places. However, as compared to the average temples in Korea, it is distinguished by its well-designed and refined architectures. The decorations in the temple are simple, with not too vibrant colors nor complicated designs so as to help in seeking peace and inspiration. The temple is also known for its hiking trails and beautiful scenery offered by the surrounding mountains.


Gyeongsangbuk-do(Chilgok-gun)

Chilgok Dogae Hot Springs opened on June 1, 1998. Its Grand Hot Springs Bath is capable of accommodating almost 2,000 people at once. The Chilgok Dogae Hot Springs has several facilities such as accommodations, convenience stores, a Korean restaurant, and more. Chilgok Dogae Hot Springs uses alkali sulfur spa water that contains 12.3mg of sulfur, 0.01mg germanium, 30.6mg sodium, 3.11mg chlorine, and 3.09mg fluorine and the water is around 35℃. Prior to first use, the water does not undergo any filtering so that it maintains all its natural benefits. There are several tourism attractions near the hot springs like the Songjeong Natural Recreation Forest, Dabudong War Memorial Museum, and Waegwan War Memorial Museum.


Gyeonggi-do(Yongin-si)

Gyeongsangnam-do(Namhae-gun)

Namhae's Geumsan, located in Gyeongsangnam-do, is the only mountain within Hallyeo National Maritime Park to have craggy ridge lines and gorgeous rocky surfaces. In December of 1974, it was designated as Gyeongsangnam-do's Natural Monument No. 18, but has since gone up to No. 39 as of May 2008. The mountain also features a trail that spans eight ridge lines that you can access from Idong-myeon Bokgok Entrance, and there is also Sangju Beach in the vicinity, which attracts many tourists.


Jeollabuk-do(Namwon-si)

Located in Namwon, the birthplace of gugak (Korean classical music), the Chunhyang Culture & Art Center was established to preserve and promote the cultural asset, while providing spaces for art and culture.


Gangwon-do(Gangneung-si)

This is soup that is good for the health. This Korean dishes restaurant is located in Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do. The most famous menu is whole duck soup.


Gangwon-do(Gangneung-si)

 Daegullyeong Village is a tourist complex located in Gangwondo Gangneung-si, and provides visitors with a host of various traditional experiences, sporting events, and lodging accommodations. The village of 'Daegullyeong' got its name from the series of 832m ‘Daegwallyeong’ ridges that stretch along the bordering regions of Gangneung and Pyeongchang. Although the mountain ridges present rigorous passages with 99 turns, the area is popular as it boasts magnificent scenery.  Daegullyeong Village boasts the beautiful Daegwallyeong ridges and clear waters of the valleys in the mountain villages where tourists can take in the spectacular views of Bogwang 1(il)-ri, Bogwang 2(yi)-ri, and Eoheul-ri. The local specialties include the traditional doenjang (soybean paste), various soy and bean pastes, corn, traditional fermented soybeans, potatoes, and vegetables. Visitors can stay at any number of pensions in the area, then take a tour around a traditional soy and bean paste factory and participate in various experience programs such as soy and bean paste making, straw arts and crafts, folk games, and traditional performances.


Gyeongsangbuk-do(Gyeongju-si)

The World Korean Business Convention is organized to build a global network for Korean businessmen in the nation as well as who are operating overseas. It is one of the biggest conventions recognized by businessmen, with more than 2,500 to 3,000 participants every year attend, including Korean businessmen from worldwide countries and home. The World Korean Business Convention is organized primarily by the Overseas Korean Foundation, which was established in 2002 to raise the competitiveness of Koreans around the world. Also, an exhibition of photos, goods and records of Korean emigrants will be held in order to understand the life and history of overseas Koreans. An Overseas Employment Exposition will take place to offer opportunities and information to distinguished Korean youths at home.


Jeju-do(Jeju-si) , SinJeju

This is a Korean cuisine located in Jeju-si, Jeju-do. The representative menu is assorted sliced raw fish. The menu changes every day.
