A multitude of festivals are held amid the bustling city of Busan in October. One of these is the Busan One Asia Festival, a music festival showcasing not only Hallyu stars, but also Asian culture as a whole. The festival is not just limited to k-pop, but features artists and styles of all genres and aims to be the new face of Hallyu festivals.

Seoulland hosts a fun and exciting water festival each summer betwen June and August, centered at World Plaza. The festival features performances, parades, and water fighting games involving visitors and cast members alike. The first in Asia, started as the International Comedy Festival in 2013, it is now known as the Busan International Comedy Festival (BICF) and is noted for developing comedy cultural contents, introducing both Korean and famous international comedians from abroad.  Regardless of gender and ages, the comedy festival is open to anyone to enjoy and have fun laughing throughout the funny acts presented by the comedians. The audience also get to be actively involve with the artistes through the performances and programs presented at this globally diverse international comedy festival. In addition, a comedy open concert will also be hosted for free to allow all visitors to enjoy comedies of international level quality. 

To commemorate ten million visitors to Chuncheon since the beginning of operations on the Gyeongchun Line, Chuncheon Lake Starlight Nation Festival will be held in the area of Chuncheon MBC Building and M Square from April to December for all tourists to enjoy.

K-POP World Festival in Changwon is a global large-scale K-POP Festival with final winners from 66 contries and 82 regions who had passed the preliminary rounds in a global audition online. Visitors can enjoy special stages along with performances of various K-POP stars in this festival.

Asia's biggest international broadcasting culture festival! Enjoy 11 days of festivity at the hub of global cultural contents Sangam DMC! Hallyu contents creator MBC hosts the DMC Festival with over 10 different kinds entertainment including music performances and awards, star exhibition, television show experience, etc. Undoubtedly the most visited hallyu landmark by international tourists - Sangam DMC! A variety of pop culture events will be prepared throughout the whole period.

The festival offers chances to meet Korean Hallyu stars including SHINEE, INFINITE, 2PM, Wonder Girls and other popular K-POP stars. This performance will be broadcasted live on KBS 2TV, as well as to 20 countries through the KBS World channel.
