The Geoje Island Flower Festival will be held at the Geoje-si Agriculture Development Complex in Geoje-myeon, Geoje-si, Gyeongsangnam-do. The festival will take on a culture and art theme with autumn flowers and insect displays, including around 100 chrysanthemum sculptures and 150 varieties of chrysanthemum. During the festival, there will be a range of programs such as cultural performances, hands-on activities, markets, contests and special events.

This year’s D. Festa, also known as the Daehangno Street Performance Festival, will be broadcasting through online live streaming. The performances will take place based on the festival’s slogan “Suddenly, Like an Imagination,” consisting of joint productions and 15 guest performances. The main programs include theatre troupe Sadari's performance "My Friend Yangmalmok," Korean mime toupe Pan, performing “The Wandering Knight,” and 42Project, performing “Let’s Not Do This.”

This festival celebrates the herbs of Jirisan Mountain, which are commonly known to have great medicinal properties, making this the perfect event for visitors eager to improve their health through natural remedies.At this festival, visitors will be exposed to a wide variety of Korea’s medicinal herbs and medical traditions. Along with many other exciting events, you will even be able to sample traditional Oriental medicinal food made from herbs. The Dongang ferry was once a popular mode of transportation along the Hangang River. While it was gradually outdated with the growth of highways and mass transportation, the ferry was a useful mode of transportation and the livelihood of people living upstream of the Hangang River. The festival commemorates and reproduces the lives of these people and their local culture. With the beautiful Donggang River as a backdrop, the event offers a wide array of performances, cultural events (honoring the Joseon poet Kim Sat-gat), and outdoor activities (rafting, hang-gliding, paragliding, etc). The festival hosts many of the fun activities visitors to Yeongwol County can enjoy.

Mohang Port, which is famous for haesam (sea cucumber), is the venue for the Taean Mohang Port Marine Product Festival. Various marine product-themed activities such as a haesam symposium, catching fish with bare hands, and releasing fish into the water will be taking place during the festival.

Cheongdo Seedless Persimmon Festival is held in October at an outdoor stage in Cheongdo-gun. ‘Bansi’ (seedless persimmon) features an astringent taste with a flat-shape, unlike the long-shape of gotgam (a peeled persimmon that is dried in the sun through natural drafts) spreading through Sangju and Yeongdong. Cheongdo Bansi is tender, high in sugar and easy to eat and process as it has no seeds. Thus, Cheongdo hosts the Cheongdo Bansi (Seedless persimmon) Festival to promote their specialty product.

Daehakro Street is the Korean version of off-Broadway, with about 120 theaters for musicals and plays lined up along the alleys. Every year, hundreds of stage productions have a chance to meet audiences, become adapted, or move to bigger stages. The stage production genres also vary, from terrifying horror, sweet romance, experimental work to exciting musical comedy. Daehakro Street is where both success and happiness seekers gather.

Hongcheon Ginseng Hanu Myeongpum Festival is held annually in early October in the city of Hongcheon. The natural clean air and water help this area to have excellent quality ginseng and hanu (Korean beef), for which it is famous. Inside the festival venue is a self-serve restaurant for visitors to try Hongcheon hanu, and visitors can also purchase six-year aged ginseng at a discounted price. In addition, Hongcheon Narakkot Mugunghwa Festival is held at the same period, giving tourists the chance to partake in diverse programs. Nearby attractions include Hongcheon Gingko tree forest, opened only for a short time each year in early October and selected as the best area for healing.

The Iksan Seodong Festival is held for two days in Seodong Park in Geumna-myeon, Iksan-si, Jeollabuk-do. The festival, which started as the Mahan Folk Festival in 1969, celebrates the city of Iksan-si. Iksan-si will bring to life the 1400 year old Baekje's Kingdom and hold the festival to express the meaning of world heritage.
