The 2013 Gyeongju Cherry Blossom Festival will be held from April 12 to 14 at Gyeongju City's three most beautiful sites for viewing cherry blossoms: Bomun Lake Resort (경주 보문관광단지), Dongbu Historic Complex (동부사적지), and Heungmu Park & Geumjangdae (흥무공원, 금성대). Each area will have a variety of events and programs, including musical performances, traditional wedding ceremonies, and photo contests.  

Lotte Word Christmas Festival will be held from November 12 to December 31 with ‘Happy Christmas Festival’ taking on a “White Christmas” theme. Visitors can see Christmas decorations hung everywhere at the festival site, as well as a snowman photo zone at the Santa Village. During the festival, snow can be seen twice a day at the Adventure Park and during the Christmas Parade. The Garden of Morning Calm Korean Wild Flower Exhibition 2013 showcases 300 kinds of wild flowers that signals the start of the spring season. At the outdoor and indoor gardens, visitors can find rare wild flowers or alpine flora from different regions of the Korean peninsula such as Hallasan Mountain in Jejudo Island, Baekdusan Mountain between North Korea and China, Ulleungdo Island, etc.

Namwon Chunhyang Festival is thought to be one of the best traditional festivals in Korea and famous performance art festival for two consecutive years, selected by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The festival is annually held to commemorate Chunhyang’s continual devotion with Lee Mongryong despite all the trials and hard situations she endured, based on the famous Korean love story, Chunhyangjeon.

The Busan Sea Festival was first held in 1996. The festival takes place at Haeundae Beach, Gwangalli Beach, Songdo Beach, Dadaepo Beach, Songjeong Beach, and at other places in Busan. The festival offers various cultural events and unique hands-on programs. As Korea's first general ocean festival, it puts on many exciting programs including a great opening ceremony, cultural performances, and other special events. With a total of 6 beaches holding the event, each beach has different programs and performances for all ages.

NANTA is a top non-verbal cooking performance show about four chefs who must prepare a wedding banquet in just one hour. The plot is depicted through various genres of performances, including percussion that uses kitchen utensils to make beats based on traditional rhythms of samulnori (traditional percussion quartet). The entire show has no spoken dialogue, yet plenty of comedy and romance, too. Meanwhile, since its debut in October 1997, NANTA (also known as Cookin') has earned international acclaim, being staged on Broadway and at other famous venues worldwide.

KBS has dropped the first teaser for 2019 KBS Song Festival! The event, which for the first time will be held at KINTEX (Korea International Exhibition Center) in Ilsan, has been confirmed for December 27 at 7:50 p.m. KST, and the first lineup of artists includes BTS, GOT7, ITZY, MONSTA X, TWICE, NU’EST, Red Velvet, and SEVENTEEN.
