Dream Concert will be held in Seoul World Cup Stadium located in Seongsan-dong, Mapo-gu at 6:00PM. Popular idol groups such as SHINee, EXO, 4Miute, Infinite, VIXX, B1A4, Sistar, Red Velvet, T-ARA, EXID, and others will appear in the concerts as the first line-up. From May to October, the Suwon Cultural Foundation has opened the UNESCO World Heritage Suwon Hwaseong and Hwaseong Haenggung Palace to the public for a special nighttime program known as "Moonlight Tour at Suwon Hwaseong". Appreciate the beauty of a moonlight Suwon and Hwaseong and enjoy various programs such as exploring Haengggung Palace, reading poems with commentary and traditional performances, which are put in place to create a memorable experience for all visitors.

B-Boy City in Seoul “Kung” is a non-verbal musical performance that tells the story of the dance group Gorilla Crew. The main character, Hochan, anguishes about the stark reality he is facing as a dancer. Through dynamic performances, the B-boys Hyeonmun, Donghui and Seongtaek relate their agony, happiness, and passion for dancing.Gorilla Crew had won previous acclaim as a talented dancing team for well-known performances such as “Ballerina Who Loves B-boy” and “Return.” The performance's energizing mix of dance techniques is certain to delight audiences.*Note: Due to the MERS outbreak, some performances will be discontinued until August, 2015; please call to confirm.

Seoul(Gangnam-gu)

Since February 2016, Kkukkiwon and Gangnam-gu Office have collaborated to present the 'Great Taekkwondo' performance for tourists visiting Kukkiwon. Visitors may watch impressive skills of taekwondo, one of a unique and representative acts that showcases the gist of Korean tourism. Besides, Kukkiwon has also plans to introduce a variety of fun and memorable taekwondo-related programs to both international visitors and children in Korea, in hope to increase awareness of Korea's indigenous cultural property to the world.    


Gyeongsangbuk-do(Ulleung-gun)

Held every August, Ulleungdo Cuttlefish Festival is a fun event promoting its outstanding local produce, cuttlefish. The festival on the beautiful island attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors. Symbolizing the island, fish gathering lamps from cuttlefish boats shed an elegant glow on the sea at night. The main events of the festival include catching cuttlefish in the sea against the scenic backdrop of the island, riding on a cuttlefish boat, and eating delicious cuttlefish dishes. The festival also offers a fun array of events for visitors: Fishing Contest, Catching Mudfish, Walking on Traditional Roads, and Playing Pumpkin Taffy. In addition, visitors can purchase local produce at Local Produce Market, eat delicious food at Restaurant Market, and enjoy Ulleungdo Island/Dokdo Island Exhibition.  


Incheon(Bupyeong-gu) , Bupyeong

Incheon Bupyeong Pungmul Festival is a traditional music festival held in Bupyeong, Incheon, only an hour away from Seoul by subway. During this representative festival, people can enjoy Korean traditional Pungmul (farmer’s music) performances as well performances by invited groups from other Asian countries. Among the unique festival events is a massive game of tug of war featuring a rope that is 100 meters long and 8 tons in weight. Other highlights are the street performances of Korean traditional music (called Gugak) and the Pungmul competition.


Gyeonggi-do(Anseong-si) , Anseong

Namsadang Baudeogi Festival, a popular culture and art festival, will be held in the hub of art and culture in Anseong. Since it first started in 2001, this festival has been promoting the preservation of the tradition of Namsadang (troupes of entertainers who traveled around the country). It also became the official festival of CIOFF (International Council of Organizations of Folklore Festivals and Folk Arts) in 2006.Based on the Namsadang Baudeogi, Anseong World Folkloriada (안성세계민속축전) is considered as the most successful festival ever, drawing seven hundred thousand visitors. In 2013, It has been renamed as the Anseong Namsadang Baudeogi Festival and will be held at Anseong Matchum Land.During the festival, visitors can look forward to parades, performances, hands-on activities, exhibitions and contests. Programs include a Baudeogi (leader of one of the best Namsadang groups) memorial ceremony, parades, an opening ceremony, special autumn events, guerilla performances, the Anseong citizen Beona dolligi (dish spinning), themed village and connecting farm village experience programs, etc.


Gwangju(Seo-gu)

Universiade Gwangju 2015, a combination of passion with culture, sports, education and harmony of students from all across the world, will be held in July, 2015 in Gwangju.Universiade Gwangju 2015 will last a total of 12 days from July 3 to July 14 at the Gwangju Universiade Main Stadium (World Cup Stadium) and other stadiums in Gwangju, across Jeollanam-do, Jeollabuk-do and Chungcheongbuk-do province. About 20,000 participants (including athletes and officials) from 170 countries will take part in this event, which comprised of 13 compulsory sports and 8 optional sports as well as other related event such as Market Street, Universiade Park, Athletes Village Cultural events, FISU Gala∙Eve festival and the 2015 FISU Conference. 


Jeollabuk-do(Muju-gun)

For 7 days in June, National Taekwondowon in Muju, Jeollabuk-do brings competitors from over 170 countries to compete in Muju WTF World Taekwondo Championships. Visitors can watch non-stop competitions from 16 weight divisions (eight each for men and women), and also enjoy various taekwondo performances and many other events.
