Gilsangsa Temple is located in the Seongbuk-dong neighborhood of northern Seoul. The temple was built on the site of a fancy restaurant called Daewongak. The restaurant owner donated her property to the revered Buddhist monk Venerable Bupjeong (1932-2010), who turned the property into a temple that opened in 1997. Although Gilsangsa has a relatively short history, it is conveniently located in the heart of Seoul so it attracts many local and international visitors alike. The temple also serves as a downtown cultural space by offering a variety of Buddhist programs like temple experience, classes on Buddhist teachings, and templestay. The temple features Gilsang Seonwon (zen center) and the House of Silence, which are special halls dedicated to practicing meditation. While Gilsang Seonwon provides meditation rooms for Buddhists with experience in meditation, the House of Silence is open to the general public at liberty to pursue personal meditation. Gilsangsa also has a branch temple in Paris.

Deogyusan Resort (former Muju Resort) is located in Mt. Deogyusan, and is a representative mountain resort. It blends in beautifully with the scenery of Mt. Deogyusan National Park, and is the perfect place to enjoy winter sports.Deogyusan Resort is great place to relax all year round, with Alps-style first class hotel and a variety of convenience facilities in its 2,200,000 pyeong area. The resort is especially famous for its ski courses, and many enthusiasts come here during the winter. Pinocchio Museum was established with a motivation of Pinocchio created by Carlo Collodi, an Italian author about 130 years ago. The fairy tale, the Pinocchio, is a famous children’s classic story, giving children of the world an awareness to the dangers of lying. The Pinocchio Museum consists of exhibition hall where visitors can experience a wooden doll, Pinocchio, in person, and it houses 1,300 Pinocchio-related pieces as well as exhibition hall such as Pinocchio Story, Pinocchio doll museum, Pinocchio experience hall and photo zone. Nearby attraction includes Asia Publication Information Center, Nabynara Museum, and Youlhwadang Publishers, and other cultural facilities alongside with a beautiful walking path.

Artist Lee Jung Seop is known for his paintings, reminicent of Fauvism, including one called “Bull.” During the Korean War, he spent a year in as a war refugee Seogwipo with his Japanese wife and two sons in a small leased house, wherre he produced his masterpieces.Although the stay was temporary it was one of the happiest times for him and certainly, the most productive. Recognizing his importance, Seogwipo City purchased the house, restored it to its original form and also created the Lee Joong Seop Memorial Hall. The street in front of his house, which he walked day and night, was renamed Lee Joong Seop Street. Lee Joong Seop Gallery is just behind the restored house. The gallery houses over 8 masterpieces by Lee Joong Seop and 52 works by modern Korean painters that were donated to Seogwipo City by Lee Ho-jae (CEO of Gana Art). Lee Joong Seop Art Festival is held every September along with seminars on him. Special Exhibition Hall is available for leasing. 

Hangang River Ferry Cruise is one of the best ways to enjoy the scenery around the Hangang River, which flows through the heart of Seoul. On the cruise, you can see Hangang River’s beautiful scenery, various small islands, Jeoldusan Park, 63 Square, N Seoul Tower, Jamsil’s Sports Complex, and other famous tourist spots. The cruise is often used for weddings, birthday parties, music performances, and other events. The tours often have live performances featuring piano and other instruments. During the summer, the docks also offer motor boat rentals. Samdasoo is volcanic bedrock water produced and bottled by the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Development Corporation. Jeju-do Island records the highest level of rainfall in Korea and 46% of the total rainfall permeates underground to form the vast groundwater resources. Samdasoo factory is located in Gyorae Village, where the precipitation is so high that it is impossible to farm on this part of island. The village is also the only site on Jeju-do Island with authorization to draw mineral water. The factory tour program begins with the screening of an 8 minute-long promotional video. At the Jeju Water Promotional Hall, visitors can learn more about the nation’s leading water brand, such as the history and birth of Jeju water, the geologic characteristics of the island, and the formation of volcanic bedrock water.

Located in Nogobong Valley in Taehwasan Mountain in Gwangju-gun, Gyeonggi-do Province, Konjiam Resort is only an hour away by car from the Gangnam area in Seoul. The year-round resort boasts the largest ski slopes of Gyeonggi-do Province, a condominium with 476 rooms, the nation’s first residential spa, and a variety of other facilities.Some of the most unique features of the resort are the ecological stream running through the resort and the cave wine cellar where about 90,000 bottles of wine are stored. Incheon Port Floodgate is located between the beautiful Wolmisan Mountain and Sowolmido Island. Surrounding the floodgate is a large 66,000 square meter garden covered with grass, pine trees, ginko trees, and cherry blossom trees, creating a beautiful scene. Especially in the spring, azaleas, royal azaleas, cherry blossoms, and magnolia blossoms are blooming, adding to the beauty of the garden.If you visit when the floodgate opens, you will witness giant cargo ships and cruise ships passing through the gate to enter and leave the port. Also, at the situation room of the floodgate management office, an introductory video of Incheon Port is played to offer more information on the facility.There are two floodgates at Incheon Port. One floodgate is 36 meters wide by 363 meters long. The other is 22.5 meters wide by 202 meters long. The larger one can accommodate vessels up to 50,000DWT and the smaller one can dock ships up to 10,000DWT. Per day, up to 20 vessels can enter and leave the port.

Jeju International Passenger Terminal opened in 1998. Jeju Port serves as an entry point for international and domestic visitors, tourists, and cargo entering Jeju Island.
