Ganghwa's mud flats cover about 105㎢, including notable areas in the southwest such as Yeocha-ri, Dongmak-ri, and Donggeom-ri. These three locations are a maximum of 6km from land and have an area of 90㎢ that accounts for 86% of Ganghwa's entire mud flats area.Ganghwado Island is the path to the river mouth of the Hangang River, Yeseonggang River and Imjingang River, so sediment moved from the rivers piles up and reaches far distances during low tide and the materials again settle around the island as the tide rises.Ganghwa Tidal Flat Center is a prime location for observing migratory birds and the surrounding mud flats. The center offers visitors access to an array of information about mud flats and first-hand experience with tidal flats.

The Danyang Intercity Bus Terminal is located at Byeolgok-ri, Danyang-eup, Danyang-gun in Chuncheongbuk-do Province. There are many famous tourist sites near the bus terminal including the Danyang Hot Spring, Gosu Cave, Dodamsambong Peak, Seokmun, Cheondong Cavem, Darian Valley, Oksunbong Peak, Gudambong Peak and Sainam Rock.

Geojampo Beach is surrounded by pine trees. The beach's blend of white sand and mud flats attracts many tourists and there are plans to develop the beach as an international vacation area.

The Jeonju History Museum opened its doors in 2002, showing the public the long and fascinating history of Korea. The museum is divided up into different exhibits that are permanently on display. The first exhibit is the Donghak Farmer’s Revolution (the 1894 uprising against colonial Japan). This event played a very important role in the development of the city of Jeonju. The second main exhibit area is dedicated to remembering the organized people’s revolt (의병운동), in which citizens spontaneously came together to fight the Japanese invasion. There is also a special area dedicated to the independence movement where Korea gained its freedom from Japan. There are many other exhibits dedicated to key uprisings and other such important events in Korean history. Various documents and materials are on hand for viewing, as well as a special exhibition room which has themed events. 

Running across from Dongmun Market in Jeju City, Sanjicheon Stream is home to a rich array of freshwater fish (e.g. sweetfish, gray mullets, Amur goby, and carps). In summer, it attracts hundreds of thousands of anglers as well as children. The port, downstream from Sanjicheon Stream, is renowned for picturesque views of fishing boats, egrets, and seagulls. A restored Chinese sailing vessel is exhibited at the end of the stream for visitors. Along the stream are walking paths, a park, and music fountains, in which Sanjicheon Art Festival and a slew of cultural events and performances are held every summer and winter, attracting many visitors.  

Located near the entrance of the Moaksan Provincial Park, Geumsansa Temple (금산사) was established by King Beop, or Beopwang, of the Baekje period (599AD). The Buddhist temple features over ten designated cultural properties including Mireukjeon, a national treasure, as well as other attached buildings. The country’s only three-story building containing a Buddha statue, Mireukjeon was built with wood and has a single-open floor inside. In spring, cherry blossom trees come into full bloom from the mountain entrance all the way to Geumsansa; and in winter Buddhist adherents come to bow before the statue of Mireuk bodhisattva inside Mireukjeon or walk in circles around the pagoda. The statue is the largest indoor standing Buddha in the world reaching 11.82 meters of x_height. Yeosu Ocean Railbike is comprised of a 3.5 kilometer-long open track that follows the rocky coast of Yeosu. Passing through the open air as well as a tunnel section, it is a unique and exciting experience anyone can enjoy at a leisurely pace. The track and rail bikes undergo regular safety inspections, meaning it's a completely safe way to enjoy Yeosu's beautiful coast.

The Gimhae Arts and Sports Center is a performance hall featuring  high-class arts and staged performances. Maru Hall (1,464 seats) is a multi-purpose theater that also contains a moving orchestra shell (sound reflection board) that looks like another concert hall inside the theater. Performances of various genres are staged at the theater. Nuri Hall (540 seats) is an experimental theater for various thematic performances. This modernized square black box theater can also host performances like theater performances, recitals, and madang plays. The center also features outdoor theater Aedureum Madang, Yunseul Art Gallery, Media Center, Sports Center, and Aram Learning Center, as well as a café and restaurants.
