Designated as Historic Site No.134, Samseonghyeol is located in the pine forest between Kal Hotel and Jeju Folklore & Natural History Museum. The word “Samseonghyeol” means “three clans' holes”, referring to the three '品' shaped holes in the middle of the forest. Each hole is separated from the other holes by a few meters.Legend has it that Samseonghyeol is the place where three demigods, the founding fathers of Tamna (the former name of Jeju), first appeared. They lived by hunting and gathering for a while and got married to three princesses from Byeokrangguk who came to shore in a wooden box. The three princesses brought with them a calf, pony, and five different seeds that eventually helped to establish agriculture in Jeju.Curiously, the three holes are not percolated by rain or snow. The ancient trees surrounding the holes look as if they are bowing to them, often surprising visitors. It takes just about 30 minutes to look around Samseonghyeol and its vicinity.* Admission Fees: KRW 2,500 

Founded in 1946, Seoul National University is the most reputable university in Korea based on its long academic history and tradition. It was the first national university in Korea established by merging several institutions of higher education around the Seoul area, including Kyongsong University. It has two campuses in Seoul: the main campus at Daehak-dong, Gwanak-gu and the medical campus at Yeongeon-dong, Jongno-gu. The university comprises 16 colleges and associated graduates schools, and 9 professional schools.

Located in Jung-gu, Incheon, Jamjindo Island is a small island connected with Yeongjongdo Island. A newly opened road from the mainland to the island makes access to Jamjindo much more convenient. Its sunset views of mud flats dyed fantastic shades of red by the setting sun attract many visitors to take pictures and to dig out clams at low tide. There are also crowds of visitors waiting to take the short (just 5 minute) ferry ride to Muuido Island (famous for connecting to Silmido Island) at the ferry dock in Jamjindo Island. Visitors should check out the schedule of the ferry in advance as the ferry may not run to Muuido Island at low tide. Eurwangni Beach, Hanagae Beach, and Deokgyo Beach are easily accessible to the island.

Jazz performances are held at the KT Art Hall every night for the unbelievably low price of 1,000 won per person. All proceeds from the events are donated to a charity for the young hearing impaired. Abraham Park Kenneth Vine Collection Museum, founded by Abraham Park in 1998, has a collection of 2,000 Christian items that Kenneth Vine unearthed and collected over the years. Displays of approximately 700 remains of Ancient Egypt and Rome can be found in three exhibit areas. The first exhibit area is titled The Works of God and has approximately 300 pieces. The second exhibition area has approximately 350 pieces and is titled, 'The Fall of Man'. The third exhibit is titled 'The Way to Recover God’s Image' and houses holy scriptures from Israel along with approximately 100 other items.

Deogyusan Resort (former Muju Resort) is located in Mt. Deogyusan, and is a representative mountain resort. It blends in beautifully with the scenery of Mt. Deogyusan National Park, and is the perfect place to enjoy winter sports.Deogyusan Resort is great place to relax all year round, with Alps-style first class hotel and a variety of convenience facilities in its 2,200,000 pyeong area. The resort is especially famous for its ski courses, and many enthusiasts come here during the winter. At Manseonbong Peak (1,215m) skiing grounds, there is a lift that can handle 13,000 people at once, and there are a variety of courses from beginners' to professional levels.Seolcheon Peak (1,520m) skiing ground where Asian Universiade competition officially opened, has a variety of gondolas and lifts, along with a hot spring to relax after skiing. The outdoor hot springs with snow-covered mountains is especially famous.In addition to the aforementioned facilities, you can enjoy tennis, mountain climbing, MTB, and horse riding, and at the theme-based shopping mall, Carnival Street, there are interesting products to see and food to enjoy. Gochujang (고추장) is the famous traditional sauce/garnish used in almost every dish in Korea. The one prepared in the Sunchang region, is well-known in Korea for being especially tasty. The Sunchang Gochujang Village (순창 고추장마을) is located at the foot of Mt. Amisan in Sunchang City, Jeollabuk-do. The village has a population of just 149 people who live in 46 Hanoks (traditional Korean style houses). When you first walk into the village you will notice rows of traditional hang-a-ri (large clay jar) all lined up everywhere you go transporting you back into Korea’s past. Actually, it has not been long since Sunchang Gochujang Village was established. Gochujang-making artisans from all over Sunchang-gun (county) in one village came together and started up this village.Every year in early November the village hosts the Sunchang Gochujang Festival drawing many visitors to the place for the many attractions nearby. The places include the Hoemunsan Natural Forest, a lovely woody area and historical site; Gangcheonsan County Park; Baegyangsa temple, beautifully scenic in the snowy winter; Churyeong Jangseungchon, a village where visitors can see various forms of jangseung (Korean totem poles made of wood); Hyangga Yuwonji, a public park famous for being the place where scholars would come to boat and live a peaceful life in these inspiring surroundings; and Naejangsan, a mountain that turns into a vision of fiery autumnal shades in the fall. 

At the summit of Mt. Paldalsan is Hyowon’s Bell, a bell that was created to honor the filial devotion of King Jeongjo towards his father, Sado Seja the royal prince. The bell is always rung three times- the first ring is in gratitude for the love of one’s parents, the second to hope for happiness in one’s family, and the third to prayer for self improvement.

The Korean Traditional House Association is a non-profit organization, working towards promoting Korean traditional houses as the world's cultural asset by holding various hanok stay programs as well as doing field research for different architectural methods that are worth inheriting and preserving.

Sinnyang Beach is not yet a popular tourist attraction, leaving the fine-grained, sandy beach relatively untouched. Thanks to its quiet atmosphere, the beach gives visitors a calmer, more secluded beach experience than some of the larger beaches on Jeju.The 80 meters-wide, crescent-shaped beach stretches for a total length of 300m. Bordered by waters that are only an average of 1m deep, the beach gently slopes at a 5 degree angle. Known for its small waves, the beach is the perfect spot for children.Windsurfing is available nearby and popular tourist attractions such as Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak) and Seopjikoji are located in the area.
