Bupyeong 5-dong Haemultang(Seafood Stew) Street

The history of Bupyeong 5-dong Haemultang Street began 30-40 years ago, when there were just three restaurants on the street. Over the years, the street gained a reputation for serving delicious haemultang (seafood stew), and there are now eleven seafood restaurants on the street. Each restaurant offers a rich, yet distinctly different flavored seafood stew prepared with aromatic vegetables and fresh seafood purchased from the marketplace every morning. The Haemultang Street has become so popular that many people travel the long distance from Seoul just for a satisfying meal of seafood stew. The restaurants specialize in stew and steamed seafood dishes, but also continue to develop new fusion menus to please all taste buds.

Figure Museum W

Chungjang-ro Street

Jeju Love Land

Jeju Love Land is a theme sculpture park based on sensuality and eroticism. Twenty artists, mainly graduates of top art school Hongik University, helped open it in November 2004. It was the first such museum in Korea at that time. The spacious park (39,667m²) is home to over 140 sculptures (40 within the gallery and 100 outside). The park as a whole looks like a piece of land art. Jeju Love Land is open every day. It usually takes 30-40 minutes to look around the park. Jeju Love Land houses a glass-dome restaurant, an outdoor café, an art shop, and various works which visitors can touch. Noryangjin Fisheries Wholesale Market

Opened in 1927 on Uiju Boulevard, Noryangjin is one of Korea's largest seafood markets. The vibrant, abundant year-round market is connected to Noryangjin Station by a bridge. Over 830 seafood items are available for wholesale and retail purchases. Main items include clams, shrimp, blue crabs, octopuses, sea cucumbers, halibuts, and snappers. Visitors can purchase fresh seafood and get it sliced into sashimi at one of the restaurants in the market. Or, they can enjoy maeuntang (spicy fish stew), sushi, roasted fish, and fried food there. Opening around three a.m. every day, the market offers an authentic marketplace feel with bustling patrons and fish sellers calling out the day's catch.

Gyeongju World Amusement Park

Gyeongju World Amusement is the largest themed park in the southern area. The park's most famous facility is X-Zone featuring exciting thrill rides including rollercoasters Phyton, Mega Drop, Tornado, and Grand Canyon as well as King Viking and Submarine Splash. Horim Art Center(Horim Museum Sinsa)

Horim Art Center is located in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu. The Horim Museum at the art center is a branch of the Sungbo Cultural Foundation's Horim Museum. This museum has exhibition halls on the second through fourth floor, a museum shop, and a lounge. The building, themed to look like comb-patterned ceramics, is a piece of artwork in itself.

Baekam Art Hall

Opened in 2004, Baekam Art Hall has 420 seats. Featuring an adaptable stage, it can host various types of performances, including plays, musicals, concerts and dances. Since it is located in Samseong-dong, an area frequented by young people, many performances targeting those in their 20s and 30s are staged there. In addition to the performance hall, it has a luxurious gallery cafeteria decorated in wood.
