Jeollabuk-do(Muju-gun)

Taekwondowon is a place for practicing “change” with the aim of cultivating the spirit of taekwondo through physical training and the endless quest for mastery of this martial arts form. Some 45 training and hands-on experience programs are offered under the themes of experience, training, rest, and interest. The programs are open to anyone who is interested in training the mind and the body through taekwondo, including local and international taekwondo practitioners, business groups, students, and general public.


Gangwon-do(Pyeongchang-gun)

Odaesan National Park was designated as a national park in 1975. Its name was derived from the the following 5 plateaus: Manwoldae, Jangryeondae, Girindae, Sangsamdae and Jigongdae. Featuring the 1,563m high Birobong Peak, Odaesan spreads southwest with Mt. Sodaesan, Horyeongbong Peak and Mt. Sogyebangsan. The east side is connected with Sangwangbong Peak and Durobong Peak, which are over 1,000m high.The representative temple of Odaesan, Woljeongsa Temple, was named after the bright, full moon that rises above Manwoldae (Mt. Dongdaesan). At this temple the famous Octagon shaped 9-story pagoda (National Treasure No.48) and the Stone Seated Buddha Figure (Treasure No.139) is preserved. Also, Jeokmyeolbogung of Woljeongsa is where Monk Ja Jang preserved the Sakyamuni's noble relics. Inside Woljeongsa Temple, follow the fir trees 5 km east, and you will reach Sagoji where Yeonggamsa Temple stands.Odaesan has the largest natural woods of Korea. Many wild animals and plants are known to exist here. The area of Birobong Peak is famous for its Nuncheunkbaek and Yew tree forests. The royal azelea and Geumgang Chorong from Durobong Peak to Sangwangbong Peak are famous and there are animals such as boars, musk deer, turtledoves and colorful woodpeckers living here.


Jeju-do(Seogwipo-si)

The Sanbada ATV Experience Center offers an exciting off-road acitivity with its ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) rides. The activity lets visitors experience the thrill of riding ATVs while enjoying the beautiful scenery in Jeju such as Sanbangsan Mountains and Yongmeori Beach.


Daejeon(Jung-gu)

Daejeon Modern History Hall opened to the public on October 1, 2013 at the former main building of Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Government, Daejeon (Registered Cultural Heritage No. 18). Visitors can see various scenes of history and the development of Daejeon over the past 100 years from the early 20th century to current times. Daejeon operates a planned exhibition hall, special exhibition showcasing history, architecture, design, folk style and other varied fields as well as a rotation exhibition. Incheon(Seo-gu) , Incheon Center

Gyeongsangnam-do(Gimhae-si)

The Gimhae Hanok Experience Hall was built by Gimhae City as part of a project to restore and preserve the structures and culture of Gaya, an ancient kingdom that flourished in the Gimhae area more than a thousand years ago. Operation of the Gimhae Hanok Experience Hall has been entrusted to the Gimhae Culture Foundation.The original plan was to reproduce an enormous eight-building traditional house complete with 99 rooms, which was a symbol of wealth and authority for the nobility of the Joseon Dynasty. However, due to extenuating circumstances, one building could not be built. As a result, the facility is comprised of seven completed buildings housing 85 rooms, including the sarangchae (men’s quarters), anchae (women’s quarters), byeolchae (out-building), araechae (outer-wing building), bakkatchae (outbuilding), haengnangchae (servants’ quarters), and sadang (shrine).The Gimhae Hanok Experience Hall is the pride of Gimhae. On the outside it is a historical recreation of Joseon noble’s house, but on the inside is equipped with modern convenience facilities. Packed with traditional Korean culture and hands-on activities, the hall provides visitors a true immersion into Korea’s proud past.


Jeollabuk-do(Gochang-gun)

Dosol valley is located in Mt. Seonunsan, Gochang-gun district. Seonunsan Mountain, which is also called Dosolsan Mountain, is known for its thick forests and intriguing rock formations. Traveling along the valley, one can come across many interesting sites such as Jinheung cave, Yongmun cave, Nakjodae, and Cheonma peak. Dosol valley is also famous for being very deep, where the mountain and water fight each other and whirl around in a yin-yang shape. The green forests in the summer cover the valley beautifully, and the red leaves and white snow decorate the area in the fall and winter.


Daejeon(Yuseong-gu)

Solomon Law Park is a theme park for justice education inspired by King Solomon, who realized ultimate justice in society through fair trial and judgment. The theme park offers a valued opportunity to develop oneself as a rightful citizen of a reliable democracy by experiencing the liberty, wisdom and justice of society governed by law. Created and maintained by the Korean Department of Justice, Solomon Law Park is a venue that provides an easy and fun learning experience regarding the laws and legal system of the nation for youth and adult citizens.The Legal Center offers a chance to become more familiar with the legal system of Korea and overall global legal history with a wide variety of hands-on programs such as a legislation class, scientific investigation class, mock courtroom & trial, and simulated prisons. For pre-schoolers, there is the Children's Law Village where they learn and experience laws in simpler terms. Also, diverse law experience and training facilities in the theme park offer a wide variety of justice educational programs.


Seoul(Seocho-gu)

Located at the foot of Umyeonsan Mountain in Umyeon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Gwanmunsa Temple had its ground-breaking ceremony in 1993 and construction was completed in October, 1998. The temple site has a total area 6,700 pyeong (22,148.76㎡) with 7 ground levels and 4 basement levels. The temple was constructed with a mixture of modern and traditional Buddhism architecture forms. Inside the temple, cutting-edge facilities are used for various cultural events, conferences, and sacred ceremonies. Located near Cheonggyesan Mountain, Umyeonsan Mountain, and Yangjaecheon Stream, the temple is near many natural spots visitors can enjoy. In particular, Umyeonsan Mountain (alt. 293m) where Gwanmunsa Temple is located gets its name as the mountain is shaped like a sprawling cow (the Chinese character 'U' (우) means cow). The temple site was chosen as it is considered an auspicious area. Designated as a City Park and managed by Seoul-si, Umyeonsan Mountain has several valleys with clear small fountains and a dense forest with a variety of animals and plants.


Gyeonggi-do(Suwon-si) , suwon

Changnyeongmun Gate, the eastern gate of Hwaseong Fortress, is similar in shape and size to Hwaseomun Gate to the east. The main item of interest on this gate is the nameplate attached to the left of the gate. While the names carved into the polished granite at the other three main gates have become obscure over time, the nameplate at Changnyeongmun Gate is still clearly visable.
