Samcheongdong-gil Road stretches from Gyeongbokgung Palace to Samcheong Tunnel. Just past Samcheong Tunnel, at the end of the walkway, you’ll find Samcheong Park—a park famous for its thick forest and scenic views. Samcheongdong-gil goes through the middle of the city, but is a peaceful, quaint area. The street is lined with cafes, museums, antique shops and a number of famous art galleries. Since each art gallery building along Samcheongdong-gil has its own unique architectural design, taking a walk and appreciating the buildings is a journey in itself. Many galleries have their own cafes, restaurants, or craft shops, allowing visitors to enjoy art, shopping, and lunch all under one roof.

Sheraton Walkerhill Riverpark

Sheraton Walker Hill Riverpark is a swimming pool using water comprised of alkali ingredients such as sodium and potassium from underground granite. Busan Citizens' Hall

Ever since its opening on Oct. 10, 1973, the Busan Citizens’ Hall has stood as a symbol of the international port city of Busan, offering an open cultural space for citizens. In 2001 the hall was modernized and expanded, reopening on July 5, 2002. The hall consists of large and small theaters and an exhibition hall. The large theater seats up to 1,832 people and is equipped with an orchestra pit and revolving stage, perfect for performance of various genres (concerts, operas, musicals, etc.). The small theater, with a total of 335 seats, provides an intimate atmosphere for modest performances. Other facilities at the hall include a banquet hall, outdoor stage, practice room, make-up room, and more. Busan Citizens’ Hall serves as a venue for concerts, performances, and public events of Busan City.

Marronnier Park

Marronnier Park has at its center a symbolic marronnier (horse chestnut) tree, and all kinds of outdoor cultural event centers, sculpture exhibitions, and art centers are congregated in the area. The area began to develop in 1975 when Seoul National University was relocated away from here, and some 50 small theaters and 500 cafes concentrated in the area making this place a greatly beloved meeting and relaxation place for young and old alike. The park gets especially busy on the weekends when crowds gather to share cultural events. Bands and singers, as well as dance groups and comedians gather here and give on-the-spot performances. Fortunetellers and street artists also sit here and tell your fortunes or draw portraits of you. The park has many trees and benches to sit and relax on, making it an ideal place for relaxation and leisurely walks.Marronnier Park is a part of Daehangno, the famous street known as the ‘mecca of plays’. Beside plays, there are many cultural performances here, and interesting restaurants and cafes that make this place a favorite hangout destination for many young people.

Jeongdong Observatory

Jeongdong Observatory is located on the 13th floor of Seoul City Hall Seosomun building. With a cafe inside the observatory, visitors can enjoy a drink while gazing upon the magnificent view of Deoksugung Palace. Korean National Police Heritage Museum

The police museum opened on October 14, 2005 to give a better understanding of the job of the police and to offer a formal education to children who wish to become police officers in the future. The history hall of the museum is designed for visitors to learn about the history of Korean police at a glance, exhibiting information on the police force from the Joseon Dynasty up until current times.Visitors to the museum can pretend to be police officers by touching actual equipment and learning about an officer's daily tasks. Visitors can also get in patrol cars, wear a police uniform, experience shooting a gun through a simulation, and learn self-defense martial arts and arrest techniques. Visitors can also go to the museum jail!

Art Center K

Art Center K (formerly Wonder Space) reopened in February 2012, offers art programs in Daehangno, a neighborhood of youth, romance and culture. It also supports artists through creative activities, exchanges, and trainings, while serving as a performing art hall where people can participate in artistic and creative activities.Art Center K's three theaters feature unique stages and audience spaces: Donggeurami (Circular) Theater, Semo (Triangle) Theater, and Nemo (Square) Theater. One stage hosts fun and educational open-run performances for children, while the other two theaters offer popular plays, musicals, concerts, and other cultural events.

Mokdong Stadium

Mokdong Stadium, located in Mok-dong, Yangcheon-gu, was opened on November 4, 1989 to accommodate an increasing number of people who want to work out in Seoul. It houses a soccer field, baseball field, figure skating rink, as well as a traditional game field at the Jungang plaza. Also, it has an indoor shooting range and fitness club. The main stadium is comprised of a soccer field and an athletic sports stadium, spanning over an area of 16,233㎡ and is able to accommodate up to 16,000 people. The ice rink covers an area of 6,018㎡ and can accommodate up to 7,000 people. Not only are there the usual on-ice activities such as ice hockey and figure skating, ice ballet performance is also held in the stadium. The stadium is used for a diverse range of sports, as well as, a daily work out place for nearby residents.
