Located in Haeundae, Busan, Koryujung (고려정) is a Korean restaurant with 15 years of tradition. The restaurant serves traditional hanjeongsik (Korean course meal) and shabu-shabu (paper-thin slices of meat and vegetables cooked in a pot of hot broth) in an antique, elegant ambience. Four types of course meals (Emperor’s table, Jin, Sun, Mi) are offered, each consisting of 7-8 appetizers followed by 7-8 warm dishes such as galbi (grilled beef ribs), fish, and a mushroom platter. Yunhi Hoetjip is located in Millak/Minrak Waterfront Park and specializes in naturally caught raw fish and maeun-tang (spicy fish stew). Their popular attraction is that customers are allowed to choose their fish directly while they're still alive in the tank.
