Gaetmaeul restaurant, located in Ichon-dong in the Yongsan area of Seoul, is widely known for its specialty dish, Son-manduguk (handmade dumpling soup). Not only does it serve exceptionally delicious food, but the service is friendly, and the facilities are clean. As well as the excellent mandu dishes, such as manduguk (dumpling soup) and tteok-manduguk (dumpling soup with rice cake slices), the menu also includes bindatteok (Korean mung-bean pancake) and suyuk (boiled slices of beaf). The kimchi used to fill the dumplings and offered as a side dish is also particularly good.

Located in Dongsung-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul-si, Namu (나무) is a dining café with a relaxing and casual atmosphere. Inspired by the novel, ‘My Sweet Orange Tree’ the café seeks to give visitors a sense of comfort, just as the tree in the novel gave the main character, Jeje.The café has a wide terrace of more than 300 m² and features a simple yet sophisticated interior design particularly beloved by its female customers. At the café, you can enjoy both meals and dessert/coffee. After 9:00 pm, the ambience of changes as the lights dim and wine and cocktails are served.

Migami is a Japanese restaurant specializing in fresh sashimi. Popular dishes on the menu include seasonal fish, sashimi, grilled eel, abalone soup, putter fish, noodles and fried seafood platters. Villa Sortino is an authentic Italian restaurant opened by Chef Santino Sortino and is well known in the expat community for its traditional, rustic Italian cuisine. The interior walls are stacked with wine, offering an exotic and comforting ambience. Haeundae beach has shallow waters and the difference between high and low tides is small. The facilities are also well maintained, making this first rate beach a popular summer holiday destination. Donbaekseom Hoetjip is a nearby gourmet restaurant. It is a three story white building with a curved glass front on the second floor. The hearty modeum-hoe (assorted sliced raw fish) is the flagship dish of this restaurant. The portion is quite filling, despite the deceptively low price. You can enjoy the fresh raw fish of Busan, or any of the other dishes such as hoe-deopbap (raw fish bibimbap) and maeun-tang (spicy fish stew) which are also tasty.
