Announcements & Important Notices

This premium package includes concert tickets, admission fees, professional guide services, and two nights of hotel accommodation. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure a seamless experience.

1. Artist Lineup and Performance Schedule
The performance schedule and artist lineup are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of the organizers or due to the performers' circumstances. Please be advised that cancellations or refunds resulting from changes in the lineup are strictly not permitted.

2. Strict Cancellation and Refund Policy
This reservation is governed by an irrevocable non-refundable policy. Once the booking is confirmed, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. We kindly ask you to finalize your plans thoroughly before purchase, as no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Randomized Seating Assignment
All seats are assigned randomly on the day of the event. Requests for specific seat numbers, sections, or proximity to the stage cannot be accommodated.

4. Mandatory Identity Verification
All participants must present their original Passport or Alien Registration Card (ARC) on-site. This package is exclusively reserved for international visitors. Tickets will only be issued after successful identity verification; please note that Korean nationals are ineligible for this booking.

5. Age Restrictions for Admission
To ensure safety and a proper viewing environment, the following age requirements apply: 15 years of age or older for the Standing Section, and 8 years of age or older for Designated Seated Sections. Admission will be denied to those who do not meet these criteria.

6. Venue Regulations and Security
To maintain a high-quality viewing environment, outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the venue (bottled water is permitted). Furthermore, the use of professional telephoto cameras and video recording equipment is strictly forbidden. Security personnel may conduct luggage inspections prior to entry.

7. Ticket Liability and Reissuance
Neither the organizers nor the agency will be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of tickets after they have been collected. Please keep your tickets secure, as they cannot be reissued for any reason.

8. Policy for Minor Participants
Any reservation made by a minor is deemed to have been conducted with the explicit consent and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

9. Post-Event Transportation
Following the conclusion of the performance, shuttle drop-offs will be provided exclusively at Hongdae Station and Myeongdong Station. Direct transportation to individual hotels is not included in this service.

10 Mandatory Submission of Flight E-Tickets for All Participants
To finalize your reservation and secure your seats, you must email clear digital copies of the Flight Confirmation (E-tickets) for all participants, along with your Trippose Reservation Number, to trippose888@gmail.com immediately after payment. The email subject line must be formatted as: [MyK FESTA 2026] Full Name / Trippose Reservation Number. Please be advised that travel status verification for every guest in your party is mandatory; failure to provide these documents will result in the cancellation of your booking, the inability to issue refunds, and the inability to confirm your ticket reservation.
