1883 Incheon Stamp Tour Participation Guide

Woorisulsanghoe Incheon Chinatown Branch is an official participation location for the "1883 Incheon Stamp Tour". This program allows international tourists to visit major landmarks in Incheon, scan QR codes, and collect stamps, which can then be exchanged for special souvenirs.
① Pre-registration
First, visit the official website (www.incheonstamptour.com) and create an account. Registration is free and only requires basic information.
② QR Code Scan & Validation
After registration, visit our store and scan the QR code for the 1883 Stamp Tour located inside the store. Once the scan is completed, a gift screen will appear.
③ Show Your Mobile Screen to the Staff
Show the gift screen on your smartphone to the staff after scanning the QR code.
④ Receive Your Souvenir
Once validated, we will give you the special souvenir ‘Incheon Chinatown Chocolate’, which is a limited-edition gift only available to visitors at our location.

 Advance Reservation Required
• Woorisulsanghoe Incheon Chinatown Branch is a highly popular destination for both international tourists and locals.
• To ensure a smooth experience, we strongly recommend making a reservation in advance.
• If you visit without a reservation, you may experience waiting times or be unable to use the space, so advance booking is strongly recommended.

 Arrival Time
• Please arrive at the store at least 15 minutes before your reservation time.
• Upon arrival, the staff will guide you to your space and explain the process.
• If you arrive late, your experience time may be shortened, so please ensure you arrive on time.
Group Size & Seating Policy
• Reservations can be made for a maximum of 20 people per group.
• Due to space limitations, guests may need to be seated in separate areas rather than all in one space.
• For group reservations, please ensure you book in advance to receive proper space allocation.

 Alcohol Service & ID Verification
• Alcohol tastings and experiences are available only to adults over 20 years old (Korean age).
• All guests must present their ID (Passport or Alien Registration Card) for age verification upon entry.
• Without an ID, participation in alcohol tastings or entry may be restricted.

 Additional Food & Beverage
• The snack set included in your menu is provided only once.
• Additional snacks or food items can be ordered separately at the store.
• Other non-alcoholic beverages or traditional liquors (including tea, non-alcoholic highballs, etc.) can be ordered after additional payment, so please inquire with the staff.
• The C Menu (Unlimited Tasting of 6 Traditional Liquors + Snack Set) is available for 90 minutes. Please respect the time limit to allow the next customers to enjoy their experience.

 Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations and changes can be made up to 5 PM one day before the scheduled visit.
• No cancellations or refunds are allowed on the same day of your reservation. Please keep this in mind when booking.
• For any issues regarding reservations, cancellations, or refunds, please contact the website customer service center.
• Direct inquiries regarding cancellations and refunds should not be made to Woorisulsanghoe Incheon Chinatown Branch.

 Limited Goods & Photocards
• Kim Jaejoong photocards and other limited edition goods are available while stocks last and may sell out without prior notice.
• If necessary, they may be replaced with similar items of equal value.
