Korean Barbeque (Gaerong Branch)

This is a chicken barbeque restaurant, which is owned by the mother of Block B member, Taeil. Inside the restaurant, there are fan letters and flat cards, which cover up the walls. Unlike other chicken barbeque places, the Korean Barbeque Gaerong Branch restaurant puts the chicken in the fire oven, which makes the plain and simple taste of the chicken stand out more. The popular menu items are: salt-roasted barbeque chicken, which maximized the plain and simple taste of the chicken, and chives no-bone barbeque chicken, which is assorted with chives.

The Lexington Hotel

Lexington Hotel is New York-themed hotel named after Lexington Avenue, one of the three major streets of New York City. Connecting Upper Manhattan and Lower Manhattan, Lexington Avenue is known for famous locations such as Broadway, Times Square, Chinatown, and Little Tokyo. Located in the center of Yeouido, considered the ‘Manhattan of Seoul,’ Lexington Hotel is in close proximity to the Han River, the National Assembly Building, broadcasting agencies and the Korea Stock Exchange and is 20 minutes from the Gimpo International Airport. The hotel recently underwent renovations, upgrading its 235 guestrooms and subsidiary facilities to allow guests an even more comfortable stay. Various sections of the hotel are themed after attractions found along Lexington Avenue in New York. At "Times Square" (the hotel lobby) guests can receive information about the hotel or assistance from the staff. For a little bit of down time, guests can stop by “Broadway,” the lobby lounge, for a cup of coffee or head to the “New York New York” steakhouse for a family dinner or small gathering. The Chinese restaurant "China Town" and Japanese restaurant "Little Tokyo" are also popular for their well prepared dishes and quality service. The New York theme continues even in the "Yanks & Metz," a classic sports bar decorated with sports paraphernalia from Babe Ruth and other MLB stars.

Chunhyang Theme Park
Jeollabuk-do(Namwon-si)

Chunhyang Theme Park in the Namwon Tourist Complex in Namwon City, Jeollabuk-do Province celebrates the story of Chunhyang, a love story similar to that of Romeo and Juliette. Set in the Joseon Dynasty, the story tells of the secret love between Chun-hyang (the daughter of a former courtesan) and Mong-ryong (the son of a local governor). Chunhyang Theme Park consists of five different sections illustrating the famous story: “Scene of First Encounter," "Scene of Pledge," "Scene of Love and Separation," "Scene of Suffering," and "Scene of Celebration.” “Scene of First Encounter" houses an information center, a lighted fountain, and a souvenir shop. In "Scene of Pledge," visitors are met with Okjihwan (a jade ring), a stone pagoda, and promise plaques. At the "Scene of Love and Separation," visitors can see a replica of Wolmae’s house, Buyongdang (where Chunhyang and Mong-ryong spent their wedding night together) and other filming locations of the movie version of “Chunhyang.” In the section "Scene of Suffering," patrons can visit Dongheon and Oksajeong (where Chunhyang's life in jail is reenacted). The final section (“Scene of Celebration”) not only houses performance centers, but also offers visitors a scenic open-air rest plaza.

Hwaseong Haenggung Palace
Gyeonggi-do(Suwon-si) , suwon

A haenggung is a temporary palace where the king and royal family retreated to during a war. Hwaseong Haenggung Palace is the largest one of these, use by the Joseon kings since the time of King Jeongjo (r. 1776-1800).In addition to being used as a shelter during war, King Jeongjo also stayed here during trips to worship at his father's tomb. The palace was the location of a splendid feast held on the 60th birthday of his mother, Hyegyeonggung Hong, and many other events, including award certificates for successful candidates of special national exams.Jangyongyeong guard ceremony is held at the front gate every Sunday from April to October.

  ACC Performance is a platform for contemporary performing arts in Asia. Serving as a platform for the creation and distribution of performing arts projects focusing on Asia, ACC Performance seeks to establish itself as an international hub bridging Korea, Asia, and the rest of the world. It offers original performance programs that usher in the future of performing arts across multiple genres, special performance programs that provide cultural and art experiences for people of all ages, and invitational performance programs that expand cultural opportunities for citizens by featuring the most memorable and noteworthy performances.   Original Programs   The ACC creates new performance programs that defy genres. Theater 1 at ACC Theater is Korea’s largest variable “black box” theater. The theater is built for new types of performance that transcend the confines of conventional theaters, space and genres. The ACC seeks out content tailored to Theater 1 that fully utilizes its variable structure and stage system, with a view to building its own repertoires.       ACC Original Programs   Asia Culture Center Original Programs   ACC Theater develops and distributes various forms of performance programs based on Asia’s cultural resources. From the children’s theater production, The Giggling Tree in 2015, ACC Theater developed and distributed another children’s theater production The Little Musician in 2016, the English musical Treasure Hunters in 2017, the film voice acting show Free Wedding, and the animation music theater Sugungga in 2018.     Co-Produced Programs Asia Culture Center Co-Produced Programs Collaborating with curators in Korea and other Asian countries, the ACC discusses cultural and social issues from different cultures and co-produces artistic representations of them. Halla Arboretum
Jeju-do(Jeju-si) , SinJeju

Halla Arboretum (한라수목원) was established for the study and the preservation of natural environment. Opened in December 1993, Gwangioreum there are 909 kinds of native trees and subtropical plants exhibited here. In the gardens there are 506 kinds of trees and 90 kinds of plants, and in the greenhouse there is the Subtropical Plant Hall (105 kinds) and the Native Plant Hall (103 kinds) with a total of 208 types of plants. There are 2,722 stumps of endangered and rare plants such as the Michelia Compressa and Euchresta Japonica, and the Chloranthus Glaber that only grows at Cheonjiyeon. At Halla Arboretum you can meet the four-season flower forest, colorful forests, and the beautiful seasons of mother nature at Halla.
