The free shuttle bus is exclusive to package customers. • Present your QR-coded reservation voucher or mobile voucher along with your passport or Alien Registration Card. Reservation emails alone are not valid. Arrive 15 Minutes Early • Please arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure. Guide & Tour Instructions • Your guide will wear a badge labeled “Incheon Bus Tour.” • Follow all instructions given by the guide to ensure a smooth and safe experience. Hanji Making Class • Allow ample time to participate in the class before departure. • If you miss boarding at Incheon Airport, you can join the class at Sangsang Platform or receive a voucher to redeem later. Lotte World & Seoul Sky Tickets • Physical tickets will be provided by the guide during the bus ride. • For A-3 Package customers, both Lotte World and Seoul Sky tickets must be used on the same day. • Lost tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances. Lunch & Free Time • Lunch is not included. Enjoy a meal during free time and return to the meeting point on time.
