Incheon(Jung-gu) , Incheon Airport

Since opening in 2001, Incheon International Airport received the best airport in the world award for 12 straight years. And to further improve, the Terminal 2 officially opened in 2018 after 9 years of construction. Terminal 2 themed Artport adds the Art to the Airport for an entertainment space full of things to see and enjoy. With self-checking counters and smart counter that automatically checks in the luggage for the convenience of the passenger, an high tech airport provides both information with info-robots and stronger security. With a shorter security check line, passengers can enjoy all the cultural space and attractions the airport has to provide. “Korean Food Street” offers top of the line franchise restaurants and various dessert cafes. Cultural art space is filled with an indoor garden, art sculptures and exhibitions. Also don’t forget to watch different performances in front of Korea Traditional Culture Center.


Seoul(Jung-gu)

MESA was the first shopping mall to be built in Namdaemun Market. MESA is a family shopping mall selling goods and providing facilities targeting mostly middle-aged women. The Children’s Wear section on the 3rd floor provides mothers with cradles and rocking chairs for feeding infants, and a diaper changing facility as well. There are also free stroller rentals in the lobby, and each floor offers uniquely designed restrooms. The eighth and ninth floors boast over 50 different restaurants, with food varying from traditional Korean meals to fusion dishes. A restaurant on the 16th floor offers a magnificent view of Namsan, especially at night.


Seoul(Jongno-gu) , Insadong・Jongnon

Art Sonje Center is an art complex which was built in 1998. It has a short history but is famous for exhibiting high-quality artwork. As an art complex, in addition to regular art exhibitions, movies, dance & music performances and plays are also shown here. On the B1 floor there is an art hall with a capacity for 250 people. Exquisite lightning and audiovisual system equipment are used for showing movies, performances and symposiums. At the art hall, many reviews on movies of the dramatic lives of artists are shown. Other events range from international concerts to project exhibitions of German filmmakers. If you want to relax, head to the traditional Korean house hall, Hanokgwan on the 1st floor. It boasts the unique architecture of modernized traditional Korean style. It is surrounded by bamboo, making it just the place for visitors to rest. It is also used as an exhibition space from time to time. Near Art Sonje Center are Gyeongbokgung Palace and Insa-dong. 


Incheon(Nam-gu)

Originally founded as O Ik-hwan Women’s Hospital in 1993, Seoul Women’s Hospital is presently the only hospital specializing in obstetrics and gynecology in Incheon and it is the first women’s hospital to have acquired the medical institution certification. The hospital serves an average of about 5,000 child births annually, 250,000 outpatients, and numerous cases of surgical operations. The hospital has maintained the top ranking delivery rate in Incheon for consecutive years, and is ranked third nationwide. It has 97 beds in total, where 90 of them are for general patients and 7 are in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). It was approved as a baby-friendly hospital by UNICEF in 2005 and 2009. The hospital provides first aid for high risk infants and premature babies in need of special care or treatment at its neonatal intensive care unit, which is equipped with specialized equipment including 11 incubators, artificial ventilators, and echocardiographs to offer immediate and accurate checkup and treatment. Lastly, the hospital deals with over 800 cases of in vitro fertilization (IVF) a year and over 1,000 cases of artificial insemination (AID) annually. The success rate of pregnancy via IVF was 50% in year 2012. The hospital was designated as a “medical institution specialized in embryo creation” in 2005 by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and was registered as a government supported IVF and AID authorized institution in 2006 for couples with sterility issues.


Jeju-do(Jeju-si) , The Eastern Part of the Jeju Island

Manjanggul Cave is one of the finest lava tunnels in the world, and is a designated natural monument. A lava tunnel is formed when the lava that was deep in the ground spouts from the peak and flows to the surface. Manjanggul Cave has a variety of interesting structures inside including 70cm lava stalagmites and the lava tube tunnels. Only 1km of the 13,422m Manjanggul Cave is open to tourists. The inside of the tunnel sustains a temperature of 11~21℃, creating a comfortable atmosphere. There are rare animals such as bats living in the tunnel, which makes this tunnel valuable for researchers as well. The stone pillars and stalactites are widely spread and the tunnels shows off the cave’s topographical features. "Stone Turtle" is especially eye-catching because it is shaped like Jeju-do Island.  


Seoul(Yongsan-gu) , Itaewon・Yongsan

N Seoul Tower Hanbok Culture Experience Center is located in the lobby level (B1F) of Seoul's landmark N Seoul Tower. The center is mainly designed with the theme of Joseon Dynasty, and features both large photo zones and hanbok of various designs, ranging from traditional to modern and wedding.


Seoul(Guro-gu) , Yeouido・Yeongdeungpo・Mapo

AK PLAZA is a department store owned by Aekyung Industrial Co. Ltd.AK Plaza Guro is fast becoming a major landmark in the southwestern business district of Seoul. World-famous brands such as Burberry, Coach, and Etro are located on the 1st floor along with a large plaza for various events. Bulgogi is a Korean word referring to all types of grilled meat. During the 1950s, grilled meat used to be called ‘Seolyameok’ or ‘neobiani’. When introduced to Japan, Bulgogi became known as Yakiniku. Depending on the recipe, both salted or seasoned meat are considered Bulgogi. Bulgogi Brothers is a new Korean food concept restaurant where high quality Bulgogi is served amongst a stylish interior with chic jazz music and sophisticated lighting without the annoyance of smoke. The restaurant offers a wide selection from their menu including different types of local bulgogi dishes (e.g. Gwangyang-style and Eonyang-style), grilled Hanu (Korean-bred beef), cold noodles, bibimbap, and stews.
