Gochang Dolmen Site [UNESCO World Heritage]
Jeollabuk-do(Gochang-gun)

Dolmens are stone graves that were built during the prehistoric era. These stone landmarks are often compared to the pyramids of Egypt and England's Stonehenge. They are mostly found in Northeast Asia and are particularly abundant in Korea where the total number of known dolmen is estimated to be around 30,000.One of the areas with the largest concentration of dolmen (over 447 dolmen) is the Gochang Dolmen site in Jeollabuk-do, Gochang-gun, Jungnim-ri. Gochang Dolmen Site holds more dolmen than Hwasun and Ganghwa and boasts dolmen of a variety of shapes sizes, ranging from those under 10 tons to those over 300 tons.Dolmen at Gochang, Ganghwa, and Hwasun serve as proof that the area was inhabited since the Bronze Age. The Gochang Dolmen Site was officially registered with UNESCO on November 29, 2000.

Imun Seolnongtang

Imun Seolnongtang has been serving its hearty seolleongtang for nearly a hundred years since it first opened in 1907. Even its name has a long history: the word imun comes from Imun-gol, the now-obsolete name of the restaurant’s location, and seolnongtang, an old variation of the word seolleongtang. During the Japanese colonial rule, the restaurant’s regular customers included Gijeong Son, the marathon gold-medalist at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. To make the rich seolleongtang broth, beef meat and bones are simmered for more than 15 hours. Try putting rice and minced green onion in your seolleongtang for a warm and tasty experience. Kkakttugi (diced radish kimchi), provided as a side dish, is also delicious. TIP: Kkakttugi and kimchi are available through self-service. Pay for your meal in advance.

A riverside swimming pool, the Water Plaza, and a riverside stage will be set up as well. Visitors will be able to relax and take a leisurely stroll around the park. The fully equipped Nanji Campground will open first in August 2009. The campsite is complete with all the items and facilities needed for camping, such as 24-hour-shower rooms, tents, and BBQ grills. Incheon Munhak Sports Complex (Incheon Worldcup Stadium)

The Munhak Sports Complex is situated in Michuhol-gu, Incheon. Its construction began in July 1994 and was completed by February 2002. It's a major attraction, drawing both local and international tourists and K-pop fans. The Incheon Munhak Stadium, originally called the Incheon World Cup Stadium, served as the home ground for Incheon United from 2004 to 2011. This stadium was a venue for three preliminary matches during the 2002 FIFA World Cup. Additionally, it played host to the 2005 Asian Athletics Championships and several football matches for the 2014 Asian Games. It was also the backdrop for the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2014 Asian Para Games. Gaming fans might recognize it as the venue for the 2018 League of Legends World Championship final held in November 2018. Hanok Homestay Information Center was opened in the famous Bukchon Hanok Village by the Jongno-gu District Office to promote 'hanok tourism' in Seoul. The center spans over a lot area of 102.5㎡, with a total floor area of 52.05㎡. At the center, professional staff are working to offer hanok homestay reservation services, interpretation services and traditional cultural programs, a resting place for all visitors, and tourism information throughout the Jongno area, including Bukchon.The information center is divided into three sections: Information, Exhibition & Experience, and Daecheong. The Information section offers reservation services, operates hanok homestay program and introduces the features of hanok and available traditional culture program for hands-on activities. The Exhibition & Experience area is the venue for trying on hanbok (traditional Korean clothing) or ancient royal clothing as a traditional experience.
