Jeju-do(Jeju-si)

The Jeju Olle Walking Festival is held in autumn when Jeju’s nature is at its best, to offer the opportunity of walking the wonderful Jeju Island with fellow participants who enjoy walking tours, along with performances and food. The festival started in 2010 on Jeju Olle Trail - Route 1 and finally reaches its last official course, Jeju Olle Trail - Route 21 in this year’s festival after walking around the whole of Jeju Island. Continuing for two consecutive days, the first day and second day walk through Route 20 and Route 21 respectively. Through this festival, people can experience various cultural art programs as well.


Chungcheongnam-do(Asan-si)

Asan-si Hot Springs Special Tourist Zone includes Dogo, Asan and Onyang Hot Springs. When Onyangoncheon Station on Seoul subway line No.1 opened in December, 2008, the number of tourists who traveled here increased. It is said that Onyang Hot Springs is 1300 years old, which means that it dates back to the Three Kingdoms Period. During the period of the Joseon Dynasty, it was the rulers’ favorite spot for treatment and recuperation. Onyang Hot Springs has alkaline water and boasts high water quality and a large volume. The water temperature is 37~54℃. There are 200 accommodation facilities and amenities, including hotels, Oncheonjang hot springs and restaurants, which make Onyang Hot Springs the best place for recreation and rest. Designated as a therapeutic hot springs, Dogo Hot Springs is equipped with spa treatment facilities. The water park within the hot springs is popular with families. Near the hot springs is a station that used to be Dogooncheon Station, but today, visitors can experience rail bike riding there. Another spot to visit is Asan Botanical Garden, which shows off beautiful flowers even in the depths of winter. Asan Hot Springs has a variety of water park attractions in its theme hot springs. As the hot springs has soft water and contains plenty of minerals, such as silicic acid, sodium and calcium, it is said that drinking the water boosts metabolism and strengthens the digestive system. Seoul(Yeongdeungpo-gu) , Yeouido・Yeongdeungpo・Mapo

A place selling maratang, popular among Koreans who like spicy food. This Korean dishes restaurant is located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. The most famous menu is mala soup.


Busan(Gijang-gun)

The beach from Jujeon to Gangdong is a big tourist destination in Ulsan. Mille 21 (The Story of King Sejong Branch) is a souvenir shop on the underground level of Gwanghwamun Plaza that sells arts and crafts items, Hangeul (Korean alphabet) T-shirts, traditional gifts, and more. Aside from the retail section, the main facility is divided into two exhibition areas: ‘The Story of King Sejong the Great’ and ‘The Story of Admiral Yi Sunshin.' Visitors can also experience a number of hands-on programs including writing your name in traditional calligraphy, writing a postcard to Admiral Yi, experiencing traditional rifles, and more.
