Gyeonggi-do(Siheung-si)

Cherbourg is located in Wolgot Harbor of Siheung which has unique relaxed and comfortable mood of west sea. Wolgot greets tourists with the face of fresh scent of life and has the sea and abundant foods. Anyone can visit Wolgot Harbor to get rid of stress of urban life and refresh oneself without too much burden because it is not buzzing unlike other harbors. Traffic convenience is an option as there is subway train coming from Seoul.


Jeollanam-do(Wando-gun)

This open set is the filming location of the TV series Taewangsasingi (The Legend). This is where scenes of a shipyard that built ships during the years of the great King Gwanggaeto were filmed. Major scenes for the drama series Haesin (Emperor of the Sea) were also shot here. The 16,000-pyeong space houses a variety of sets, including a dock, ships, inns and military quarters. The compound was designed to recreate various scenes from the Tang Dynasty. A number of historical dramas have been filmed here. In addition to the Sosepo Village, where Taewangsasingi (The Legend) was filmed, the Silla Village set in the east part of the site has private houses and taverns.


Gyeongsangbuk-do(Gyeongju-si)

Namsan Mountain, located in the southern part of Gyeongju-si, is a registered UNESCO site referred to as Gouisan for its highest peak, Cheollyongsan and also Surimoe (수리뫼) in pure Korean. Korean Traditional Food Experience Education Institute, Surime, is owned by Park Mi-suk who studied under Hwang Hye-seong, holder of the Intangible Cultural Property No. 38 for Royal Cuisine of the Joseon Dynasty. The institute operates various traditional cooking experience programs open for all to participate. Surime shares the walls of the Choi family home, designated as a cultural asset, spanning over 500 pyeong (1,652.89㎡) with well-preserved traditional hanok buildings built over 100 years ago. The center is comprised of various experiential facilities.


Gangwon-do(Hongcheon-gun)

The Hongcheongang River (홍천강) that flows from Hongcheon to Cheongpyeong (청평) in Gangwon Province offers relatively warm and shallow waters, and wide banks, providing an outstanding spot for waterside excursions. The 143-kilometer stretch of the river offers a series of great tourist attractions. There are over ten riverside locales officially developed as vacationing sites, and have campsites for motor homes, including Gulji-ri, Palbongsan Mountain, Bamgol, Bangok, Tonggok, Gaeya, Susan, and Mogok; the most popular among them is the Bambeol Site in Mogok-ri. Seo-myeon, which boasts a one-kilometer riverside beach covered with pebbles and sand. However, the Magok Site, located at the very end of the river, adjacent to Cheongpyeong Lake, is less busy compared to Mogok and is well known among water skiers and jet skiers for its deeper water. If you travel upstream from Mogok, you will find many vacationing sites, one after another, until you reach the beautiful Palbongsan Mountain, endowed with eight peaks. The river is shallow near the Palbong Site and you can try the 2-hour hiking course as well. Bamgol Site is good for those who like to camp in the chestnut woods, while Gulji-ri and Janghang-ri Sites are known for deeper water and are also visited less frequently.  


Jeju-do(Jeju-si)

Talented craftsmen based on Namiseom Island began producing works, and Imagine Nami became the place for selling their works, including various accessories made of leather and natural stones, glass crafts, fabric products, paintings, and other design works. Most artifacts deal with natural themes and stories about Namiseom Island. The recent collection features various handicrafts containing the image of Snowman, the representative icon of Namiseom Island, and artifacts include tea cups, candle holders, memo holders, magnets, ceramics, and other decorative interior items. At the entrance, the store sells snacks made by Namiseom Island’s own brands; the other section displays handicrafts from Namiseom Island and other handmade artifacts made by external artists, toys, daily goods, and more. The hanok-style store carrying the charm of the island has served as a popular photo zone for visitors. Namiseom Island is a small island that can be reached via boat, and the boat fare is inclusive of admission to the island. To visit Imagine Nami, visitors are required to enter Namiseom Island; while there, they can enjoy various cultures and convenience facilities.


Gangwon-do(Inje-gun)

Sibiseonnyeotang Valley (Valley of the Twelve Angels’ Bath) is located at the base Seoraksan Mountain. It is also referred to as Tangsugol or Tangsudong Valley. The valley got its name from a myth that angels once came down to bathe in its flowing rivers. However, there are only eight baths.Due to fluvial erosion, there is a steep hole in this valley, and many baths and waterfalls of various shapes are stretched over an 8 km distance. Pass Ungbong Waterfall and the first bath and Dok-tang appear. Then walk past Buk-tang, Rainbow-tang, Peach-tang, and the path will end with the last bath, Yong-tang.Of these baths, the 7th bath is called Peach-tang, named after the traditional shape of the bath. The deeply delved rock behind the back of the waterfall is more beautiful than the bath under the waterfall. Past the Peach-tang is another clean, steep bath. From there, a 5-minute walk to the right will lead you to another waterfall and a pool. The water from Daeseungryeong and Mt.Ansan is connected to Namgyo-ri, Buk-myeon. This is an 8-km valley, which takes approximately two hours from the baths to Namgyo-ri. There are iron bridges over the baths for visitors to cross.


Gangwon-do(Goseong-gun)

Goseong-gun’s Hwajinpo Aquarium (화진포 해양박물관) is located in the Hwajinpo area of Gangwondo Province and consists of two exhibition rooms with one room featuring a total of 40,000 or 1,500 species shellfish including rare shellfish, crustaceans, coral, fossils and a stuffed specimens; and the other displaying 125 species of 3,000 fish living in fish tanks of varying sizes and shapes designed and equipped in accordance with the characteristics and habitats of each species of fish. There is a 300 ton overhead underwater tunnel on the first floor of the fish exhibition room. The second floor is home to the Ocean Beach and Beautiful East Sea Exhibitions; the Invertebrate Animal Center along with a 3-D Theater that shows films like "Hwajinpo Becomes a Lake", "Ocean Day", and the "Amazing Underwater Trip.
