Daegu(Seo-gu)

Hwangjanggun specializes in hoe-naengmyeon (cold noodles with additional marinated raw fish), galbi-jjim (braised beef short ribs), and galbi-tang (short ribs soup). Galbi-jjim is served on a charcoal burner and is available in two flavors: mild and spicy. The restaurant has five branches in Daegu.


Busan(Haeundae-gu)

At The Guesthouse, the second floor is for men, women and groups (including families) and the third floor is for women only. Also, the building and each room is accessed by security card, so that travelers will enjoy the safe and convenient travelling. For the room, there are the double-room, quad-room, and six-room as a dormitory type. Geologically, the Guesthouse is 3-minute walk from Haeundae Station, and 5-minute walk from the coast. Daejeon Saturday Festival guarantees five different fun including things to eat, things to see, things to enjoy, things to buy, and things to play. Held every Saturdays from 18:00-23:00, visitors can enjoy a night out at the market.


Gyeongsangbuk-do(Uljin-gun)


Jeollabuk-do(Imsil-gun)

Okjeongho Lake (옥정호), in Imsil, Jeollabuk-do, was once a popular place for fishing. But since it was designated as a water supply source protected area, fishing has been prohibited. The picturesque lake is large in scale with a total volume of water amounting to 430 million tons. The Okjeongho Dam blocks the upstream of Seomjingang River, which flows through the Noryeong Mountains in Imsil-gun (county), and supplies the Jeongeup on the other side. There are the Unam Bridge and Byeorakbawi (boulder) in the area. The early morning view of the thick fog lingering above the still water is especially breathtaking to see in autumn.


Gyeongsangbuk-do(Seongju-gun)

Pocheon Valley, located in Gacheon-myeon, Seongju-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, is approximately 7 km long. This place used to be a learning place for scholars of Seongju in the old days. Eungwa Lee Wonjo, who was the civil minister during the late Joseon period and a great scholar of those days, used to live at the upper stream in Mangwijong Pavilion (만귀정). Mangwijong gives the valley a more outstanding atmosphere. Pocheon Valley is well-known for its crystal-clear waters flowing through the woods.


Chungcheongnam-do(Geumsan-gun)

Nami Recreational Forest is the perfect place for leisure activities and family outings. The forest boasts a picture-perfect view of thick, green forests of broadleaf trees, crystal clear water, curiously shaped rocks, and waterfalls. From the top of the hills, you’ll be able to catch a wide-open view of the cliffs and rocks of Daedunsan Mountain.Nearby the forest are diverse cultural heritage sites such as ‘Baengnyeong Holy Ground’ (former site of a palace during the Baekje Kingdom) and ‘Yukbaek Goji Jeonseung Pagoda’ (a Korean War memorial).
