Jongno Sarangga (Formerly Chilgapsan) is a gourmet restaurant that is so popular that there is always a group of regulars lined up outside, even during lunch! Neobiani-gui, grilled sliced beef, is one of the restaurant’s specialties, along with soybean paste stew with crushed tofu in dried anchovy broth.
