The Trick Art Museum KOREA is the first museum in Korea to show optical illusion art, and is located in Seogwipo City nearby the Seongeup Folk Village. Exhibitions on walls and floors are done in such a way as to appear in three dimensions. Exhibitions consist of seven themed sections: Parody Zone (showing famous paintings and sculptures), Animal Zone, Jurassic Zone, Aquarium Zone, Egypt Zone, Magic Zone, and Illusion Zone.Optical illusion art renders two dimensional paintings in three dimensions by the use of a unique painting style employing shadows and extending paintings out of their frames. Each work looks differently when seen from different angles or spots. Its magic magnifies when seen from a camera lens. Visitors can take pictures with various fun poses blending nicely with exhibitions. Cameras as well as video equipment are permitted in the museum.

Eagle Valley Ski Resort

Eagle Valley Ski Resort (Formerly Sajo Resort) at the top of Suanbo’s Hwangsan Valley was the only combined hot springs and ski resort until construction of other hot springs/ski resorts in 1995. Other major draws of the resorts are its famed hot springs and its convenient location. Housed in the Culinary School of Korea History and Culture in Gyeongju, the Laseonjae restaurant serves unique culinary delights that recreate the cuisine served in the royal courts of the Silla Kingdom. The school has a well-established reputation as a culinary institution that excels in preserving the taste and cooking styles of the past. Laseonjae was opened with the goal of promoting Isageum, the Silla-style course meal that the school developed after many years of research.The Isageum table consists of various dishes served in the royal court of Silla: the dishes are made of 9 rare, medicinal ingredients called gujinmi. The interior of Raseonjae is decorated mostly in gold, the color that defines the Silla Kingdom. Note the columns with lotus leaf patterns and other characteristics unique to banquet halls from the Silla royal court. The restaurant staff further portrays the splendor of the era by wearing traditional Shilla dress, seemingly transporting diners back in time while they enjoy an elegant and delicious meal experience.* Silla Isageum- Appetizer: good for the stomach and kidney- Main dish: good for the lung and liver- Dessert: good for the heart

Nakdong River Victory Memorial Hall
Daegu(Nam-gu)

Nakdonggang River is a winding river that is filled with a great strength to protect the people, providing the wisdom and deep meaning for the country's reunification. Thanks to its geographical advantage, it provided a good distance of ceasefire line between Korean soldiers against its enemies during 6.25 Korean War, helping defeating moreover reducing the casualties. The Nakdong Victory Memorial Hall was built in memory of the victory at the Nakdonggang defense line which was the last fortification to protect the country during the Korean War. The memorial hall was built with private donations from the residents of the Daegu and Gyeongbuk province. In particular, postwar generations, especially the young generation people who did not experience the 6.25 Korean War, can learn the great piece of history from here. Opening Day: June 25, 1979

Bukhansan National Park (Seoul)

Bukhansan Mountain was officially designated as a national park in 1983. The Bukhansan National Park covers both Bukhansan and Dobongsan Mountains, and spans the total area of 80.699㎢. At the top of Bukhansan Mountain are Baegundae Terrace (836.5m), Insubong Peak (810.5m) and Mangyeongdae Terrace (799.5m), which gave the mountain the nickname "Samgaksan" or the "three-horned mountain". The mountain had other names: Sambongsan (mountain with three peaks), Hwasan (flower mountain), and Buaak (mountain shaped like a person giving a baby a piggyback ride). The current name, Bukhansan, was given as the Bukhansanseong Fortress was built under King Sukjong of Joseon Dynasty.
