Daegu(Dalseo-gu)

The Daegu Chicken and Beer Festival (대구치맥페스티벌) celebrates what Koreans love to enjoy, chicken with beer, and will take place at Duryu Park in Dalseo-gu, Daegu. Called the Chimaek Festival in Korean, the term chimaek is derived from the terms chicken and maekju (meaning "beer"). Over 620,000 people attended over the course of the festival in 2014, and as many as one million are expected for the festival in 2015. This year's festival will include a music festival and industrial culture festival, making the entire festival a place overflowing with youthful energy.


Gangwon-do(Wonju-si)

The festival's main program 'Dancing Carnival' is the nation's biggest and longest street parade festival, featuring a variety of folk dances and magnificent military marching parade from international teams across the globe, as well as the local citizens' passionate performances. Many other additional events including the Green Safe Playground and Fringe Festival performances are also available for all visitors to the festival to enjoy.   


Gwangju(Seo-gu)

On the other side of the subsidiary dam of Andong Dam, thatched houses will be sparsely seen on the hilltop. The area is the folk scene site where an outdoor museum is built. At the entrance of the outdoor museum two jangseungs (Korean traditional totem poles) are set, followed by a monument inscribed with the poem of famous Andong poet and democracy activist, Lee Yuk-sa. On the monument, his noted works “Gwangya” (Wild Plain) is carved. Near the Dam, are the Andong Folk Village, Andong Museum, Lee Yuk-sa Monument, a filming site of “Taejo Wanggeon,” and Andongho Lake.


Daejeon(Yuseong-gu)

Lee Hwa Won opened in 1998 at the World Cup Stadium. Its location makes it easy to find and there is ample space for parking. This Chinese restaurant offers a variety of royal Chinese cuisine and attracts many family groups as well as other types of customers through its connection with the Yuseong Special Tour Zone. On the menu are hundred types of a la carte items and set menus, so the restaurant is appropriate for various special occasions and gatherings.


Daejeon(Yuseong-gu)

Daejeon History Museum, comprised of a permanent exhibition hall, donated relics exhibition hall, planned hall, and city promotion hall, was created as a cultural area for citizens according to the Doan new city development project of Daejeon on October 16, 2012. The permanent exhibition hall presents precious cultural assets in Daejeon with the theme of life and culture of Confucian scholars of Daejeon. The donated relic exhibition hall showcases artifacts donated by residents of Daejeon, and in the planned exhibition hall, a special exhibition is held to offer diverse items to see one or two times a year. In addition, plenty of hands-on programs, lectures, and performances are given in the museum to entertain visitors.


Busan(Haeundae-gu) , Haeundae

Gyeonggi-do(Icheon-si) , Icheon

Spa Plus is located in Icheon City, Gyeonggi-do Province, which has been a famous hot springs region for over 500 years. It has been said that Spa Plus’ hot spring waters have healing components that are effective in treating eye diseases and skin troubles. Spa Plus presents a variety of jjimjilbang themed areas to enjoy along with an outdoor area where you can relax in the warm hot spring waters.First opened in December of 2002, Spa Plus is a hot springs facility located inside the Hotel Miranda, which is the largest 2nd class hotel of the Icheon area. Busan(Suyeong-gu)

This bakery opened in 1989 as “Samik Bakery (삼익제과),” and later changed its name to OPS in 1994. As the main branch of OPS, the Namcheondong branch has been serving fresh and 100% handmade bakery products for the past 24 years. Drinks and beverages on the menu include fresh fruit juice and chocolat chaud (hot chocolate), as well as other seasonal specialties including patbingsu (red-bean sherbet) and zenzai (red bean soup).
