Techno Mart is packed with an estimated 2,000 special electronics and appliance stores from 2F to 8F. It is a large shopping mall that connects to other shopping and discount stores. Techno Mart has a variety of high-tech electronics stores selling computers, audio equipment, data communication equipment, and offers a 10-20 % discounted price and warranties on a wide range of items.Floor B1 houses a major bookstore and discount store selling department store-quality clothing, general goods, living goods, and food. CGV Gangbyeon is a multiplex theater on the 11th floor and has 11 theaters with around 2,000 seats and a game arcade.Visitors can take part in shopping and culture activities. E-mart is a discount supermarket operated by Shinsegae, a department store franchise. The 32nd branch in Korea and 7th in Seoul, E-mart Seongsu features touch-screen store assistance with a product search function for convenient shopping.

Boon the Shop is a fashion select shop that has a passion for direct marketing lesser-known designer brands, and discovering new and talented designers. The shop’s exterior is designed to look simple/minimal; this makes/compliments the shop’s interior design, which is also quite simple/modern. As well, among the fashion select shops, Boon the Shop experiments with the most diverse art projects. The shop hosts its “Fashion Walk,” event biannually. The event showcases contents on art/fashion within their chosen themes/categories that has gained the most attention from the public.
