(Mandatory for each person to pre-register on the official website: www.incheonstamptour.com)   Foreigner-only Ticket Booth Operation & Exchange Method • Operating Hours: 13:00~16:00 (Korea Standard Time) • Ticket Booth Location: In front of Hanji Saenggak Idak (on the 1st floor of Incheon Sangsang Platform) • Ticket Exchange Point: Exchange your ticket at the booth with the logo of the respective vendor or 'K-triptips x Trippose.com'. • Required for Ticket Exchange: Original passport (or foreigner's ID card) and your reservation voucher. • Tickets will be randomly assigned to either the A or B standing zone in front of the stage. Please note that, depending on the organizer’s circumstances, standing zones may be changed to seated sections. Important Notes: • For the standing section, pre-event waiting is required. Please note that if you miss the designated waiting time, you may be assigned a different spot than your original one. • An email confirmation alone is not valid for ticket exchange. To ensure you have enough time to enjoy the side events and experiences, please arrive early to exchange your ticket.    Important Cautions & Notices • Ticket Booth Location Change: The ticket booth location may be subject to change due to organizer circumstances. Please be sure to re-check this page one day before the concert for the final location. • No Refunds: This ticket is non-refundable and cannot be canceled after the reservation is confirmed. We cannot accept refund inquiries. Please book carefully. • Changes to Show Information: The performance schedule or artist lineup may be subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances of the organizers or performers. • Seat Assignment: All seats will be assigned randomly on the day of the event. • No Outside Food/Drinks: All food and drinks, with the exception of bottled water, are prohibited inside the venue. • Lost/Stolen Tickets: We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets after they have been issued. Reissuing tickets is not possible. • ID Verification: To ensure smooth ticket collection, all attendees must bring their original passport for identity verification. • Foreigner-Only: This is a foreigner-only ticket product. Tickets will only be issued after identity verification with a valid passport. (South Korean citizens are not eligible to receive tickets.) • Minor's Bookings: If a minor books this ticket, parental consent is deemed to have been obtained at the time of booking. • Stamp Tour Operating Hours: The operating hours for each location of the Incheon Global Stamp Tour vary. Please check the official website before you visit, and note that pre-registration is mandatory for each person. • Tickets for the Jjajangmyeon Museum are valid only on the day of purchase, and as the museum is open from 09:00 to 18:00, please make sure to enter and tour during operating hours. • INK Concert tickets are a special benefit offered free of charge by the Incheon Tourism Organization for foreign visitors through partner companies.
