Sung Sim Dang is a popular bakery that originally opened in 1956, and is located in front of Daejeon Station. It was listed in the Michelin Guide Korea for the first time in 2011.

Located near Myeongdong Station, Wangbijib is a Korean restaurant specializing in grilled meat. A second branch of the well-known restaurant opened in Myeongdong in November 2009 followed by a third branch, which opened in nearby Jongno in August 2011.  

Located in Bangi-dong in Seoul, the restaurant was featured on Lee Hyeong-don PD's Food X-File running on cable TV program Channel A. Introduced as Good Restaurant No. 38, the place makes Ganjang gejang (Blue crabs pickled in soy sauce) with home-made Joseon ganjang, instead of ready-made market sauces that are often used by many restaurants. Gogung (Myeong-dong Branch) opened in July, 1999, preserves the genuine taste of its main branch in Jeonju, as well as providing a suitable taste and ambience for foreign visitors since it is located in Myeong-dong, one of the most famous tourist attractions in the country. The restaurant in Myeong-dong strives to offer its customers with the authentic taste of Jeonju Bibimbap in the center of Seoul.

Pro Ganjang Gejang is a restaurant in Sinsa-dong, Seoul, serving soy sauce marinated crab (ganjang gejang). This restaurant opened in 1980 as the first ganjang gejang restaurant in Korea.Since its opening, it has grown in popularity not only among Koreans also among foreign visitors. In 2010, it opened a branch in Tokyo, Japan.
