Teseum Safari is a teddy bear museum located in the Aewol-eup region of Jeju Island. It is one of the first museums in the world to exhibit all sorts of teddy bears and stitched dolls including ones shaped like wildlife animals, marine animals, flowers, birds, and more. The museum is spread over two large floors and features teddy bears arranged in adorable poses. Highlights of the museum include teddy bears shaped liked tigers, elephants, sharks, dolphins and even teddy bears based on characters from Greek mythology. Visitors can take photos with the teddy bears and famous tourist attractions such as ‘Psyche World’ are located nearby.

Jeju Nanta Theatre

Jeju opened an exclusive theatre for Nanta, a non-verbal performance, which has now become a representative cultural tourist item in Korea, on April 2008. The Jeju Theatre for Nanta, located at Art Theater of Jeju Media Center, has a total of 336 seats inclusive of 128 of VIP seats and 208 of S-class seats. Visitors may enjoy the exciting rhythm of Nanta, which is marking its 11th year in Jeju Island, a natural tourist attraction in Korea. The non-verbal performance has become one of the most popular events among local/international visitors to Jeju as the place has relatively fewer leisure activities to do at night.

Seokbujak Museum(Natural Stone Art Museum)

The Seokbujak Museum represents the 3 symbols of Jeju Island: stones, wind, and women. 30,000 basalt stones in various shapes are scattered throughout the spacious park. Following waterfalls and upon entering Open Exhibition Hall, visitors are exposed to over 1,000 different wild flowers and plants from Adonis amurensis to Aceriphyllum rossii, all on basalt. The elegant wild plants and the sturdy basalt symbolize the life of local residents on Jeju Island.The elegance of over 10,000 Seokbujak (referring to putting holes into stones and placing trees or flowers in them) items await visitors at Open Exhibition Hall. Visitors can participate in crafting a Seokbujak as well. Gusty winds, sturdy basalt, and strong-willed women, all characterizing Jeju Island, can be found in Seokbujak Museum.

Visitors to ‘Jeju Glass Castle’ will be entranced by its magical atmosphere. ‘Jeju Glass Castle’ is a glass art theme park featuring an exhibition hall, garden and models all made entirely out of glass. There are six themed model parks, in which over two hundred and fifty models are exhibited. These include the world’s very first all-glass labyrinth, the world’s largest glass ball and largest glass diamond, a glass stonewall, a mirror lake, and a glass bridge. There are also glass art masterpieces by internationally famous artists from Italy, the Czech Republic, Japan, and more.Visitors to ‘Jeju Glass Castle’ can even experience making glass artwork. Sangumburi Crater

Sangumburi (산굼부리) is a crater with a circumference of over 2 km, and has been designated as a Natural Monument. It is located on the southeast side of Jeju-si, and is a flat crater, about 650 meters wide, 100 meters deep, and 2,070 meters in circumference. If you look at the crater from above up, it looks like a man-made circular stadium. There is a variety of plant-life in the crater. On the north side, Nandaeseong vegetation such as red-thorn trees, and magnolia trees grow, along with the rare winter strawberries. On the south side of the crater, Ondaerim vegetation such as evergreens, maples, and mountain strawberry trees cover the area. Because so many different kinds of trees and plants grow in such a limited space, it attracts the attention of researchers as well.
