The store is equipped with foreigner-friendly payment systems, so it accepts Chinese UnionPay and Alipay along with regular credit cards. At the store, buyers can arrange for shipping be it domestic or international, so many shoppers visit the store to buy gifts.CheongKwanJang specializes in red ginseng-related health supplements and sells a variety of red ginseng products including ginseng roots, ginseng capsules, ginseng powder, and ginseng tea. Other ginseng-related products by CheongKwanJang include Hongi Janggun (red ginseng juice pouch), Hwaaerak for Women, Cheonnok products (containing deer antler), and Donginbi Cosmetics (containing red ginseng).
