Gyeonggi-do Yangpyeong’s Saneum Recreational Forest (산음자연휴양림) is located at the base of Danwol-myeon Saneum-ri Bongmisan Mountain. The forest is very lush and the valley boasts spectacular views. The list of trees includes pine, oak, and maple.
Facilities include promenades and mountain trails. For lodging there is the Forest Cabin, forest Lodge, and camping grounds. Reservations can be made through the homepage.

Access

From Dong Seoul Terminal or Sangbong Terminal.
Take an intercity bus bound for Hongcheon or Inje.
Get off at Yongmun or Danwol Bus Terminal.
Transfer to bus bound for Saneum or Seoksan-ri.
Get off at Gobok Village and follow the sign for Saneum Recreational Forest.
