The 8th APAN Star Awards (Korean: 제8회 에이판 스타 어워즈) ceremony will take place on September 29, 2022, at Korea International Exhibition Center, Western Ilsan District, Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.
Hosted by Kwon Yu-ri and Jung Il-woo, it will be held face-to-face for the first time in two years.
The 2022 awards will recognise the excellence in South Korea's television, including terrestrial, cable, OTT, and web dramas, aired from March 2021 to July 2022.
From this edition, another category for OTT dramas was introduced.

SEOUL, September 2 (Yonhap) -- “2022 Powerful K-Pop Concert” will take place on a makeshift stage at Kyungpook National University on Oct.9 at 6 p.m., announced Daegu Tourism Organization on Friday
The concert, run by the foundation, is sponsored by the Korea Tourism Organization and hosted by Daegu City.
The concert is one of the events for “Fantasia Daegu Festival,” which will be held for ten days from Sept. 30 to Oct. 9.
Top singers like Psy, Kai, Astro, The Boyz will be performing.
Daegu Tourism Organization plans to cast additional top artists to draw K-pop global fans’ attention to Daegu.

2022 Busan OneAsia Festival KPOP Concert (BOF)
Busan One Asia Festival, Asia's No. 1 Hallyu Fesitval, will be held in October for 4 consecutive days throughout the Busan area. - If you are caught carrying banned objects inside the stadium during inspection, you will be asked to store them outside the stadium before entering the stadium. (Priority entry not permitted)
2. The stadium entry is scheduled to begin 3 hours before the start of concert. (19:00). Please follow the instruction of the stadium personnel in orderly fashion.
3. You are not allowed to carry medium/big size bag inside the stadium. Please come to the concert without bag, if possible.
- You are not allowed to carry bags or personal belonging greater than 21cm*29cm in size. Long umbrellas are not permitted (foldable umbrellas are allowed)
- If you are carrying medium/big size bags, you will have to store them in locker (Paid storage locker - 5,000 KRW per day)
4. If you did not arrive by 6:30 pm on the day of concert (October 1), you will lose the right to the seat.
- If you arrived after 6:30 pm, you will be given the seat by the concert operation staff personnel.
- Please retain the ticket until the end of concert. (You may permitted reentry after staff checks your ticket).

The award season for the Korean music industry may officially come to an end with Seoul Music Awards 2020. So, the K-Pop fans will never want to miss this star-studded event that will be held in the last week of January.
The organisers have already shared some details about the event, including the complete nomination list and live streaming details. They also revealed that voting for this year is open now. Korean music lovers can vote for their favourite bands and singers till January 22, 2020.

The annual award ceremony will be held at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on January 30, 2020.It will be streamed live through KBS Joy, KBS Drama and KBS W. The K-Pop fans from across the globe can also watch the star-studded event live via VLive.
The nominees for this year include popular K-Pop boy bands EXO and BTS. They are not just selected for the main award, but also for the popularity award in Korea and other parts of the world.

The Golden Disc Awards season has returned!
The 34th Golden Disc Awards will be held over two days on January 4 and 5 at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul. The first day will award the best digital releases of the year, while the second day will honor the greatest physical album releases. The ceremony will be broadcasted live via JTBC, JTBC2, and JTBC4.
Songs and albums that were released between October 2018 to October 2019 are eligible to be nominated this year. Data regarding sales and usage on streaming sites until mid-December will be gathered from the Gaon Chart and reflected in the results.
Starting from the 32nd Golden Disc Awards, online votes has not been a criteria that determines the winners of the main categories. Voting will only take place for the Popularity Award.
The awards ceremony’s executive committee and 50 industry specialists will be screening nominees that were chosen based on quantitative measures and evaluate them based on qualitative measures like the song or album’s musical achievement and influence on society. The evaluation will account for 40 percent of the criteria that determines the winners.
The nominees for each category will be announced on the official homepage of the Golden Disc Awards on December 6.
