The thick, rich broth of Sundaeguk (Korean black pork pudding soup) is made by simmering the ingredients in a cauldron for many hours. Jeil Sikdang’s Haejangguk is great for a hearty meal and also for reliving a hangover. The sliced radish served as a side dish is also a delicacy of this restaurant.
